My partner and I purchased 4 hoodies in FEBRUARY. It is now 1 day away from September. We never received our order. We have to contact them every month to ask for an update. Every month for almost a year, they send a response that they "guarantee" and "assure" us that our orders will ship at the end of the month. It's me. Hi . Received yet another email that Now my order won't send until October. Do yourself a favor and never ever ever order from this company. They've disabled comments on most social media. You'll lose a substantial amount of money and never receive product, yet they are still advertising to sell more. A lawyer needs to be contacted because I can't imagine how many other people they scammed.
I ordered 3 super cute hoodies for me and one for my bf on 12/15/22. The one for my bf was for his bday on 1/26/23. Each time I email it's a new excuse. Their initial 2/15/23 reply said "not gauranteed to arrive by Xmas." Their second reply from 1/29/23 said "...heavy delays...will ship out early March." Today after finally looking up reviews online (will def be more careful in future) I asked for a refund. If I don't get one, I'll be back here. Their products looked so good, but what a load of crap this turned out to be.
I ordered a pre-order item in October of 2022...I still have yet to receive it. I have contacted the company several times and get the run around. I am told that there were "delays" or that the items were still being "handmade". Because of these inconveniences, they gave me a $25 gift card. Well, I thought hmm...I could use the gift card for an in stock item, so I did. January 3rd of 2023. Its February 7th...guess who still had not one single sweatshirt?
Save your time. Save your money. Buy elsewhere. Even if they do come and they're incredibly soft, it wasn't worth the wait and the headache for a piece of clothing. Never again.
Ordered products in September, kept being told shipment was delayed. It is now 9 months later and I have not received the product STILL(crazy how this just continually keeps getting delayed and I only know that because I've reached out to ask for updates FIVE TIMES). I asked for a refund over a month ago, they agreed, said it would take 7-10 business days, but the refund has not gone through. I spent ~$190 that I just am never getting back now. $#*! this 'company'
Have ordered from them 3 times in the past 8 months. I have tried about 5 different items from Hoodies, Lightweight Hoodies and the blankets. Hoodies fit is quite nice I am a larger man weighing over 225 pounds and over 6'2 so finding an oversized hoodie is always tough. So the 3XL really fits me great. Would love to see more workout clothes in their fabrics. Also more neutral colors as well. I love green and navy and haven't seen either since I have been following them. I also wish the tie-dyes would be the same too because it's tough to wear bright colors at my job. Honestly have really enjoyed all the items I have ordered but the hoodie is by far my favorite. Also really appreciate their eco friendliness. Will keep ordering just want to see more neutral shades
I'm a hoody fanatic. This hoody is hands down my favorite brand now. It is so soft, warm, the loose fit is AMAZING and it's true to size when other brands you are unsure of how it'll actually fit. I'm now going to go purchase the black tie dye hoody. I'm hoping leggings will soon come in as a soft serve product, or joggers...I would definitely buy joggers in this material. I was also really suprised at how fast I recieved my hoody!
I'm so disappointed in this company. I have the same story as others here. I received my orders in a timely manner in the beginning, however, since my order in October 2022, it has just been one excuse after another as to why the orders are not being received.
They would tell you they would give you a gift or further discount for your patience.
Eventually the daily emails stopped where they are continually asking you to order more, and my latest email was returned undeliverable.
I'm sure my refund is out of the question and I'll just chock it up to experience.
Well, it's pretty much just inside out material. So, the soft part is on the outside, but the inside is just regular old sweatshirt material. Sooooo, someone touching you feels the softness- but you don't. (The picture shows the inside vs. the outside of the hood) Not at all what I expected. Disappointed. I wanted to write a review on their website, but can't find a way to. Go figure.
I ordered $200.00 worth of product, over one year ago. I have been given five different shipment dates since. I have asked for a refund three times, and was offered a bag, or a two for one hoodie deal or a $25.00 gift card instead. I will never order from them again.
Your products were amazing when I purchased them over two years ago and that's why I made the purchase on June 21,2022. I knew that some of the products would have a delay but not a two year delay! At first you kept in touch with me because I messaged you asking about the status and you gave me dates. I never asked for a refund because I loved your product, so I waited. You promised me a date, it came, no order, I emailed, you gave me an excuse, okay fine, I waited. Again, you promised me a date, it came, no order, I emailed you, another excuse, ugggh, fine! Over and over until October 31,2023, your last promise and the last time I heard from you, up until February when you started sending me emails and text messages on SALES you are having! That got my blood boiling. I emailed you and you never answered me, I emailed again, no answer, and again, and again! So now I want every penny I sent you! And you can keep your product because what I have read is that it is not the quality it use to be!
I'm on my 70th piece this month between me and my daughters and I'd say on of the few companies that I only had a very few returns. And they have always been easy to return. If I could change one thing I'd beg beg beg to not have to wait so many months for several of my pieces. Other then that love
I placed an order in September and two more in October and never received any shipping confirmation. I was told that they were preorder products and that they'd ship at the end of October early November. That passes and nothing, I was then told end of November. Still nothing, finally I was told end of December and still nothing. No communication about delays I had to email several times about this and it's the same. They give me a deadline and it passes without any shipping confirmation
I ordered in December and have messaged several times with the same response. They say the order is in production and will ship (always moving the shipping date). I have tried once more and if the response is the same I will start a dispute with them using my credit card company. Very disappointing!
The quality of these products are amazing I own 7 pieces, all different types: jogger and cloud wear pants, cloud wear sweatshirts, lightweight shirts. I love every piece! My new favorite addition is the cloud wear hoodie, it's so soft and easy to wear I never want to take it off. I can't wait to see what new products are going to come out.
Ordered at the beginning of Oct. And still have not received the hoodie. Customer service says it was a pre-order (it was not) and would ship at the end of November. Well it is December first and it still has not shipped. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have been ignored. BEWARE!@
I have ordered sweatshirts and jogging pants for my daughters and daughter-in-law. They love them. When my grandson Aric felt the softness of my granddaughter's sweatshirt, he wanted one! So on Nov 21st he got one for his birthday. Now my 5-year-old granddaughter Dessa wants a soft sweatshirt…especially the tie dye ones!
I do NOT recommend purchasing a mystery box. It took over a month to receive the box after reaching out to them to find out if it had been shipped out which it had not been at the time. The box arrived with 4 items and they were all shorts and 3 of them were the same color. Save your money!
Bought 2 hoodies in September 2022, I emailed monthly. I was told production problems and to be patient. Finally, March 2023, I told them I was done waiting and wanted a refund. They said they would process my refund. Two weeks go by, no refund. I contact them again, they gave some excuse about it takes a while for their system to refund and give it another week. Nothing again, I reached back out and got the same verbiage again. Never received a refund, they stopped replying to my emails, no sweaters. This company is a scam. Wish there was a way to shut it down to save others from this.
I am so excited about my recent order of the mystery bundle. I got some joggers to try (in my favorite color I might add), a zippered shirt, a blanket hoodie, and a light hoodie. Two of the items are something I've not ordered before, and ALL of the items are of different colors than my previous orders. I can't wait until fall for the weather to turn cold and I can start wearing all of these fabulous pieces. I am beyond thrilled...thank you!
As of today 8/14/24 I still have never received a refund nor any more correspondence regarding the status of my refund from this bogus company.
My relationship with soft serve started out wonderful. I've had no problems with exchanges for products in my opinion, should have never passed quality control. However, they did always come through. I own more than 10 pieces of their clothing. Until last July when they dropped the new Ombre collection. It wasn't going to ship out before end of September 2022. It never shipped but assured it would by November.
Then in early Nov 2022 they dropped another product I was interested in. I bought from that line also. That was promised by end Dec 2022. Well here I am today July 24th, 2023. I'm one day from the anniversary of my first order and still no refund. I've been begging for months. They keep offering me gift certificates and freebies on other items. Finally, I got somebody to actually say the word refund and of course they disappeared. Emailed back several days later. A different person has said they put in a second request. 7 to 10 days for a refund. Well today's the 12th day since that email was sent and I still have no refund.
Answer: They're stringing us along. It's too late to dispute with bank, they send emails with tons of apologies. They know they got us.
Answer: Benefit of the doubt. Just trying to give them a chance. Jogger set pictured looked very nice also. They have no idea that they lost a good customer in me. For real, for real! If they had of only kept their word.
