It used to be a legit company… Not any more

Buyers beware! I had been a loyal customer for years (I'm talking 7 plus years with 7 plus orders) but during COVID the company has completely changed. I've had three issues with three separate orders during COVID. The first two issues were shipping delays. My first order the company gave me a free hat for my patience. For my second order they gave me a $25 gift card for my patience. And then there was my third and fourth orders….

My last order were two separate pre-orders for two hoodies. One was in Oct and one was in Nov. The hoodies were originally supposed to ship out the following months. This first time I reached out was at the end of Nov asking for an update on both my orders. That was the first shipping delay….

Long story short nine months later, five shipping delays due to manufacturing delays (apparently the company they used shut down due to the increase in production prices), three upgraded free gifts for my patience, too many e-mails to count, one guaranteed final shipping timeline of June 30th, which was then pushed back again to Aug 30th, I'm still no closer to receiving my items. They haven't even been made yet!

I have had great communication back and forth until I requested a full refund. One-mailed twice about my refund, but heard nothing back. That's when the communication stopped completely! I was shocked. I made a comment on a FaceBook post and someone then reached out to me through FaceBook messenger and essentially said that they could not give me a refund because they are having issues with the credit card companies. Sounds like bull$#*! to me! They are holding my money hostage!

Then the company came back with can we send you something else instead so that you won't have to wait until Aug. How about you send me to two items I ordered nine months ago! The company should have stopped taking orders and other peoples' money when they first started having manufacturing issues. They willingly kept taking peoples' money without knowing when production would be back up and running. This company is a fraud!

When I didn't respond they then offered to give me a refund using PayPal or Venmo… This sounds very sketchy to me.

I have stopped responding and will contact my credit card today in the hopes that I can cancel the order and get my money back directly from them. I hope that this will warn other people and they won't have to go through this ordeal like me and so many other customers are going through.
