If I could give half a star, I would. Placed an order in March and was told that the item I ordered was a pre-order although it was not marked that way on the website. When I emailed to ask when it would ship, I was told 4-7 weeks was the estimated time. They offered me a tote that I refused. I followed up 7 weeks later and they gave more excuses. It is now July and I still don't have what I paid for nor do I have the refund I requested numerous times. Please save yourself the headache and money.

Lovely colors and the material is of good quality. I bought one of the hoodies last year for my daughter who lives in South Dakota. She enjoys wearing it and thinks it's a cozy hoodie. So this year for Christmas I bought my daughter-in-law a hoodie and one for me too! I can't wait for her to see it. I love mine. And I am sure I will be browsing again for my other children and grandchildren!
I bought it for my mum who is undergoing chemo. The hoodie was bright and soft and super comfortable. The blanket was warm and snuggly. She has been complimented so many times that I had to send her your site for her admirers to get one too. Thank you so so much.
Made two separate orders and canceled them both due to ridiculous shipping delays and I got tired of waiting. Customer support takes too long to answer emails and when they do they give you an excuse why your order wasn't shipped on time and offer you a $25 credit if you don't cancel the order. Between the days in between replies and the excuses, it takes forever to get an order canceled and at one point I was sick of waiting for an email I had to message them on Facebook and get the same run around a 2nd time. All that aggravation for an overpriced cotton hoodie. I will say when I did speak with the support they were polite and explained the shipping delays but it overall didn't make up for weeks (over a month) of waiting.
I ordered a hoodie back in September, with prior knowledge that the order wouldn't be shipped until late October. Totally fine. Mid November I hadn't received any updates, so I emailed and was told they were delayed but the order should ship at the end of the month. Mid December, same thing.
I even emailed to ask them to just cancel the order and refund it and they ignored me and just told me the order was delayed until late December.
Mid January and I haven't gotten any updates.
Can't leave reviews on their site, despite them having 20k+ reviews, all conveniently 5 stars. Can't comment on any Instagram post. Definitely feels like a scam company.
I have several of these hoodies! I am saving the new tie-dye hoodie for a Christmas gift to myself as I have lost 40 or more pounds and most of my hoodies are now huge on me because they are 2xl and 3xl in size I could wear a large but like my hoodies big so I get xl now. Thanks
I originally placed an order on September 12,2022. I contacted them a day or 2 after the original order date to see if they would allow me to change the color. They said no because only a certain number of each color was being made. Ok, no problem. I contacted them several times between then and now inquiring about how long it would take to receive this pre-ordered item. I was given many different dates. First November 2022, then Feb 2023, then may 2023, then late June 2023, and lastly GUARANTEED no later then Aug 31,2023. For my inconvenience they offered me a free sweatshirt which literally took months in itself to get. Then they gave me gift cards for waiting so long. They're absolutely useless since they haven't been taking any orders since Jun 2023.
The only reason I knew what was going on was I reached out to them! They never ONCE contacted me first with an update.
It's been ONE FULL YEAR since I ordered a measly sweatshirt that I still have yet to receive. You'd think we were dealing with a custom made home or vehicle. It's been so long the credit card company probably won't refund it anymore. What a shameful terrible first experience with this online company.
EDIT: it's Feb 2024 and the last time I heard from them was Nov 2023. Apparently these sweatshirts are on the way to THEM and they would be shipping shortly. It's been another 3 months and still nothing! They NEVER contact you first, only reactive responses. I am absolutely LIVID!
I have two of your blankets now and I love them and I have probably about four sweatshirts from you guys too and I love those I have been telling everybody about you guys and that they should get them because they would be amazed at how well they are and how comfortable I have family they keep trying to take my blankets but then I get home thank you for the quality and the job that you guys are doing I'll keep spreading the word. I have Fibromyalgia, and sometimes have issues with how thing feel on me. That's why I figured I try Soft Serve, and I am in love! The hoodies are great! I'm a hoidie person, and I love these, and I sleep in them too. I just got my first blanket, as a freebie, and I love it too! I would love to see some primary type colors & darker colors too; like red, navy, green, rust, dark gray, etc. The more the merrier!
I have ordered from them in the past and I loved my hoodie. I wouldn't say it was worth the price they charge but I loved it. Now more recently I have been waiting 6 months for the 3 hoodies I ordered. They keep giving BS excuses and moving the shipping date even further yet they continue to put out items for preorders even though they are not fulfilling orders that have been waiting!
I have 3 hoodies I ordered a while ago and they're my favorite. These might be the only hoodies I like to wear--regular and zippered. This one is my 4th, and I love how the hood is now lined. I'm waiting on a per-order zipper hoodie, and looking to see some more zipper hoodies so I can get a 3rd!

Don't even consider purchasing from them. Product doesn't stay soft even if you wash it correctly. They also take your money and don't send items! They should be arrested.
I made a purchase for a Christmas present for my mother for a blanket and hoodie on December 14 2022 and now it's February 17 2023 and I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted customer service MULTIPLE times via email and they keep telling me the shipment got pushed to a later date. I have asked MULTIPLE times for a refund and they keep giving me a "credit" to use on the website. I've asked for a full refund stating I don't want a credit I want my money back and I have yet to hear back or receive any type of credit. I've made a dispute with my debit card. This website is a scam, do not waste your time or money!

I ordered multiple sweatshirts 10/22. It is nearly a year later and I haven't received them or a refund despite multiple email corrrespondence that keep stating I will have them in a few months.
Answer: They're stringing us along. It's too late to dispute with bank, they send emails with tons of apologies. They know they got us.
