I bought a sweatshirt when they were featured on Deals and Steals. Got it for a good price. I liked it because it was very soft. It looks messy because of the fabric but I only use it for casual wear. A few months later I decided to get 2 more. Well, that was in March and I am still waiting! Customer service has pushed my order back at least 4 times! I don't have any hopes of EVER getting my order since I have waited 6 months! No product…no refund! Horrible!
Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware! If you wait for 6 months and still don’t get the products you paid for, you probably never will. Never got issued a refund either no matter how many times I requested it.
