I was very excited to order a style of Raybans that had been discontinued. However, realized very quickly they are not real, and all I get are emails trying to make me buy something else instead for them. Awful.

I ordered contact lenses. The only complaint I have, and this is quite petty, is that the order is delivered by courier instead of regular post. This has few advantages for me, since I order my lenses nice and early. However, it requires me to either hang around the house when the delivery is scheduled or walk to the nearest pick-up point, which is less than convenient.
Ordered a set of raybans for myself and the husband on Monday and was amazed to see them delivered on Thursday! As they were almost $90 cheaper locally it seemed too good to be true, so I had them inspected by the staff at my nearby high-street store and they confirmed the authenticity.

I waited over 4 weeks for my glasses. The advised me to change my order or ask for a refund, as my initial order is not available. I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago. While initially they were very prompt to answer my questions, it's been 3 days now and no one replies. I am sending daily emails and leaving message on their phone (no one answers directly). We are talking $300 which they billed right away, and I am concerned of fraud.
My order arrived about 10 days after I had placed it. I'm pleased with my purchase. The lenses are very good quality! Very thin profile and I noticed glare reduction. Great sight picture! The hinges on my glasses were loose, I was a bit unhappy at that but overall had a good experience and will be ordering again soon.

9 days after placing an order I called for a status update and, after being given the runaround for over 2 hours and disconnected multiple times, they admitted that within 24 hours of my order being placed their supplier informed them that the frames I had selected were out of stock with no estimated availability date but they had not notified me and their website continued to falsely state my order would be delivered on time. They then refused to provide any compensation and I am still waiting to receive a refund for the canceled order.

I have purchased my pair of Person prescription glasses with lenses a few months ago, and from the moment of order to delivery, your staff has done great job by making sure that i will receive correct product. (as i have made mistake in the order form)

Ordered ski goggles 3 weeks ago. Never arrived took 3 days to receive a reply from someone. Now in a situation where I cant order from another online company as its too close to my trip. Asked for a full refund cant see them processing this quickly. Although they took the money off the card straight away. Dont use and stay well away from this company

Never dealt with this company before and was a little apprehensive ordering prescription glasses on line but was pleasantly surprised how everything turned out. Communication initially was a little slow but after that received regular updates. It took a little longer than I expected to finally get my glasses but just use to using high street Opticians with a few days turnaround. Although for the money I saved it was well worth the wait. Will definitely buy glasses from Smart Buy Glasses again.
I was skeptical of SmartBuyGlasses.com when I came across their site. I did some research, which included reading many of the reviews from this site, and decided to make a purchase. First the bad: The website runs slow. I accessed it on multiple computers and my phone and all had a delayed response. I selected a "fast shipping" item, but didn't receive any response for a few days. Now the good: The prices are great, the shipping was fast, the descriptions were accurate, and the prescription lens were perfect.
Smartbuyglasses was an excellent place to purchase my glass frames. They tracked the order from the moment I paid - keeping me up-to-date, and letting me know that I could leave a signature if I wanted the package left at my door. When the glasses arrived, they were perfect, in a beautiful box, with two "surprise" presents - a key ring glasses "fix kit" and a cleanser with an additional cleaning cloth. I'm darn impressed.
I purchased these Maui Jim sunglasses for my husband and he loved them. The prices are amazing! The only problem was, they took a lil longer then I expected... other than that I was very pleased! I will definitely be purchasing again in the near future!

I am not very familiar with shopping on line. As a matter of fact my purchase of sunglasses with SmartBuyGlasses was my first purchase ever. I found the web site easy to use and navigate. My order was placed, paid for and arrived on time undamaged.
I think I will be adding a camera to my PC to try the virtual fitting next time.(I still need reading glasses.) I would recommend this site to anyone even those with limited computer skills like me.

I ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses and they were not a quick ship item. However, there was an additional delay that they immediately notified me about a few days after my order. I was offered the opportunity to exchange them for something else, cancel my order or wait for them. Since I knew I wanted those glasses I chose to wait. I did explain that if at all possible I would like to have them by a particular date, which was just after they said they would be ready to ship. They made it happen and I received my glasses right before a trip we were taking. I have never received better service or communication along with the extra effort that they put in ever before! Not to forget, great prices! I will buy more from Smart Buy Glasses including contacts for my husband and children
I am very satisfied with my glasses. From when I ordered until I received the parcel it took 3-4 weeks, so that's a bit long to wait for an Internet order nowadays. However I was in contact with customer service during this time who could update me on the status for my order.
This company is poorly run. Frames that are listed 'in stock' are often not in stock at all. I requested to cancel my order with customer service as I could receive the same frames from another site sooner. They never followed up with my request. I have received one frame a month after my order was placed. Ridiculous for 'in stock' frames. I will never use them again. SmartBuyGlasses needs to be more honest about what is in stock, deliver on customer service, be more prompt, and READ their customer emails (assuming they read English).

I ordered designer sunglasses with custom polarized lenses and they were exactly as ordered & pictured. Because they were customized it took additional time but I received on-going emails from the company notifying me of their status and also when they were shipped. It was well worth the wait! My glasses arrived in a beautiful case with a cleaning cloth and the original lenses which allows me the option of switching them back. I will definitely order from this company again. HIGHLY recommend.
