1. Placed and paid for a pair of sunglasses on Oct 12,2014 and as of date, I am still waiting. I have never been happier
2. Their stock changes due to the busy season and recommend me to change to other in stock items (for the second time). But not to worry as they will keep pushing their suppliers.
3.Ive dealt with four different customer service representatives. But then could be the same person changing the signature

Issue with postage on my purchase, but th issue was rectified. Contacts arrived fast, usually some of the cheapest I could find

I ordered glasses and received 2 weeks after exactly what I expected. Well packaged, as described, quick service, to be recommended.
Got glasses without sunglasses attached to the glasses, so I don't know what I should do with that. Should I glue them on the glasses my self? Also, one of the glasses were a crack in it. I returned it, and now 2 weeks later after they say they returned my money, I still haven't recieved my money on my account. Dont buy!

I'm responding here because you seem to suggest that my not being around to pick up delivery was the problem. The point is that 1) you guys said it had been sent when it hadn't, 2) even if was being couriered by BICYCLE if shouldn't have taken 3 weeks for it to be delivered 3) there was zero update on eta at any stage, 4) I'm still waiting for my refund.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had in the past couple of years. Day after I ordered i got an email to say they had been sent. Tracking online showed that they were still waiting to be picked up by courier! 3 weeks after ordering I was already halfway through my vacation when the glasses arrived (and I wasn't home to collect them). Customer service chap was very polite but completely useless in terms of getting me my glasses. He even suggested that it was up to ME to contact courier company and advise them that I no longer wanted the glasses and to please return them. And I've been waiting since 11 August for return payment. I will update this review once I have received payment.
