I ordered 3 months of contact lenses, I ordered them on a Tuesday night & they arrived on the Friday morning... from Italy! I ordered them from Ireland and couldnt believe it was so quick, What a great service
Great experience! Paid half the price of what the glasses were in the store here in NZ. Was worried they wouldn't be genuine so asked around first to see who had bought from this site and everyone was pleased with their purchases. Only negative was it was a very long wait for delivery as they obviously don't store all the glasses themselves. But worth the wait for the price!
I ordered some sunglasses which had to be shipped in from Italy. Unfortunately, I had some issues with delivery (not with SmartBuyGlasses, the delivery company) and the customer service department at SBG were so quick to respond and help! They literally did everything they could to quicken up the process and sent me very helpful feedback. Normally I wouldn't be bothered to write feedback for purchases but I was actually really impressed - thank you Monique :).

I ordered a pair of micheal kors prescription glasses all the way from Zimbabwe. I was sooo nervous but the glasses came delivered to my door step at no extra cost. I recommend smart buy glasses to anyone. It is cheaper and very efficent.
This was a new company for me to try after experiencing problems with my contact lense orders from some top name brand online pharmacies. I found this website to be user friendly and my contacts came in the amount of time as was promised. I will definitely continue to order from here!
It would be nice if you would stop telling me i have a discount, then when i go to enter the code it says it's not valid.
I had ordered Tom Ford sunglasses and after 5 days I received the item with color defective, after contact customer care and long discussion through email and asking a lot of photos for the proof then they asked me to send the item for exchang.
I sent the item for exchange, but they not refund the shipping cost they told me they will give me discount code 5%!
After this long process I received the same defective item again with same tag. Which company is this?!
However I'm stuck on the same long process for second time. The problem is that I bought this item for gift and smart buy glasses put me in worst case with people. And smartbuyglasses just thinking about money!

I purchased these Maui Jim sunglasses for my husband and he loved them. The prices are amazing! The only problem was, they took a lil longer then I expected... other than that I was very pleased! I will definitely be purchasing again in the near future!
I love purple and I love mirror tint... and these are a perfect combination of both! The sunglasses came wrapped nicely in bubble wrap with cloth and case! Will order from SmartBuyGlasses again!

My contacts arrived quickly and they seem to be of good quality as expected. Fyi: I couldn't find another place that could even compete with the price I got my contacts for. Very reasonably priced and many promo codes out there to make the price even cheaper!
It was very nice trade with cheap and high quality sunglasses and overall I am satisfied.
I tried ordering a pair of Dolce & Gabbana glasses from this website several months ago. The website originally states a 2-5 day dispatch time.
After 4 weeks with no glasses I received an email telling me the item was out of stock and would take 1-4 weeks to come back.
6 weeks later and no update so I contacted them and asked for an update and was asked to wait a few more weeks. 4 weeks later and still nothing so I asked for a refund.
I emailed again a little while later to ask for a stock update and was told the item was back and they would give me a discount due to the earlier problems, BUT I HAD TO PAY IN FULL and the discount would be refunded back to me on dispatch, despite them having discount codes which they offered me at the end of all of this. A little while later and I have been told the item is not in stock again.
The worst thing is that at no time did they update their website to show the item was not available, chances are they just keep them up there to encourage people to spend and then hope they wait for months for stock to return whenever it does.
Avoid this company at all costs!

I'm sorry to hear of this experience. Certain models are relatively difficult to acquire from the manufacturer, simply because it is very popular.
I would suggest items which we have marked as "Fast Shipping", since these are guaranteed to be in stock and ready for next day shipping.
