They were able to get a discontinued color in Gucci frames that my local boutique told me was no longer available. And they got it for half the price. Very happy.
Not great. When my glasses came the frames we're too big to accommodate a prescription. So when I wore them, the view was distorted. They were frames that should have been sold only as cosmetic not for prescription. When I asked them to exchange they wouldn't, so I had to get a refund after already waiting 3 plus weeks. They should know the products they sale. I actually had to go back to my eye doctor to figure this out.

Many of the glasses give the LENS HEIGHT as 'STANDARD'
It is time consuming to write a mail to customer services and wait for a reply to obtain the LENS HEIGHT There are many glasses that I would have purchased if LENS HEIGHT was listed on the site. Please note I have brought this problem to your attention a couple of times but there has been no improvement

Fast service, great savings, and got exactly what I wanted. Quality all around.
Glasses arrived in reasonable time, and they look great. I am adjusting to the prescription currently, and wear them most of the time. I will likely buy another pair to use in the sunlight too (tinted).
Order process was straightforward, and product shipped in expected timelines... was worried when it shipped from Hong Kong, the land of counterfeit goods. Glasses looked real enough, the two things that didn't were the soft case which is obviously not authentic - I have a real one and side by side you can tell the one from China is a cheap knockoff and the box was a slightly whitewashed printed version of the real deal. I wouldn't buy from smartbuyglasses again.

I was impressed with the end product and the fact that I didn't have to wait long for delivery!
My glasses came basically on time and fit well but I found dealing with UPS to be a real inconvenience. My order was scheduled to arrive a little later than I had thought it would and as I was in the process of moving I had to call them to change my address. This was fine but when I was talking to them they told me my package would arrive on a Saturday. Since I had to pay a $15 duty fee (which I didn't know about until UPS told me) someone had to be at the house to receive the package and pay the duty or they would send it back to Italy without holding it at their distribution centre. I waited all day Saturday but it never arrived and when I called, the rep told me that they didn't have a Saturday delivery service and whomever I had spoken to was misinformed. I therefore had to wait another day at home for the package to arrive. It was a total headache. Again, the problem wasn't really with Smartbuy but with UPS, although take note that there may be a hidden duty fee.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
