I was worried that the lights were too big for a great room, but they are wonderful. I'm very glad that I took a chance on them.
I ordered 4 pictures of my family. When it was delivered the box was crushed- 2 of the pictures had creases. I called customer service the sent our replacements so fast! Great company will definitely order again!
My family absolutely loves our Smallwoods pictures! We have a large wall and have created a gallery wall that looks stunning. The pictures we chose printed beautifully. We have done black and white and color pictures through Smallwoods and both have turned out high resolution. We have also purchased two different frame colors and love them both. Highly recommend! I love being able to see what your framed print will look like on their website before purchasing too. That really is a game changer!

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
