Smallwoods made the 3 large canvass pictures of my kids come alive! Makes our living room look beautiful. While one of our frames did arrive damaged during transport (not fault of Smallwoods) We reached out and they replaced it with a new one and it arrived within a few days in perfect condition this time. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks again!

It was very easy to order and I received everything I ordered. It turned out great.
My canvas wasn't even wrapped or padded and got ruined in transit. My customer service experience has been less than stellar.

Was not happy with either picture I ordered. On the second picture the picture didn't cover the whole 16x20 picture so there is black outline

We took family pictures with my 3 month old daughter and I wanted to have some pictures done for our home. I ordered one of just her and one of all 3 of us in a 25x17 in a white frame. I am obsessed with how amazing these look on our wall! I have gotten so many compliments!
I ordered and it was a gift. My friends new address was not listed as being correct so they contacted me rather just ship it to an undetectable address! Shipment address was changed and the gift arrived perfectly!

I ordered 4 prints and frames. I am very pleased with 3 of them. The one photo is not as clear as the other and the frame has a small gap on the corner. The 4 framed photos look very nice on my wall- I am just not 100% happy with one of them. Overall, nice work.
Very beautiful, high quality framed canvases. My family pictures blew up perfectly. They are as clear as the images I sent in. Quality for the price is excellent. The ease of use of the site to order was a little tricky to me, but very happy with the finished product.
Though I had 3 attempts at receiving my order without creases across the front of the picture, the support team continued to try putting extra packing around it and continued to mail me new pictures until I received one that arrived perfect. It was an easy process to send in a report that I had received a damaged product and everything always shipped quickly. Finally did receive a beautiful and perfect print and am very happy.
This site was recommended to me by a coworker for great quality and prices, and she was absolutely right! These prints are amazing, high quality and the frame is perfect. I will definitely be using Smallwoods for any future pictures/prints!
Easy to order, arrived quickly, canvas came out great- however
1) I expected the canvas to be bigger
2) the hooks were not compatible with my nails, so I could not hang it.
I ordered portraits from my daughter's wedding in 20 x 30 almond frames. The pictures quality is great and the frame is sturdy and very nice. I didn't check to see where the company was located, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was shipped out of Texas!
Our images looked great! My only wish is I should have ordered with a frame. I was unaware they would have barcodes and words on the ends. They were delivered very fast. I would order again.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine!
