Very helpful! Made sure my photos weren't blurry and replied to me quickly (Anthony and Tamya) mostly Anthony helped us.
Items came blurry and damaged (damage was likely not the company's fault). They immediately replaced them and didn't require me to send them back.
The prints are beautiful and the prices were great! I happened to come across a great sale where they were 40%off so I was able to get 2 large canvas prints and they shipped quickly. Highly recommend!

I contacted customer service after my order had water damage due to an unexpected storm shortly after delivery. They responded back within a couple of hours and are replacing my item at no cost to me. Their customer service is 10/10!
I have Smallwoods all over my house. My newest obsession are the ones I got for my mudroom. They are super easy to put together. They're a great price. They ship quickly and they look incredible! What could be better.
We purchased five 25x25 framed canvas prints and had a mix of both black and white, and color, photos. We are SO happy with the clarity of the photos in the prints! We also needed to have one of the photos edited to fit the frame, and this was done quickly and shipped out. I definitely recommend this small business!
Had to have one of my prints/frame replace due to damage in shipping. Everyone was so friendly and efficient with my order. Follow up and confirmation very fast and friendly.

I ordered several framed prints in January for our cabin. We did not unbox them until April. I hung them and noticed that one didn't lay flat against the wall. I left it at the cabin and when I returned in June I decided it really was warped. They sent a new one to me to replace it!

I ordered some pictures of my grandkids and my daughter loved them. SHe just moved into a new house so I thought I would order her the same ones. WHen they came they were 2 of the same print which I did not order. I called and spoke to someone and they took care of things right away. They sent me a link I gave them the original order with pictures and sent what my daughter recieved. They said we will print the other picture and send it right out. SO simple no issues. Love working with Smallwoods. Great product, great customer service.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
