Awesome customer service. I had intended to ship my order directly to my daughter as a gift for her birthday, but forgot to change the shipping address to her address. I sent a message to customer service and they changed the shipping address without any problems. Thank you guys for quickly correcting my shipping address error!
If you're considering ordering custom pictures, stop scrolling and just do it—Smallwoods is incredible. My order arrived quickly, and the quality was even better than I expected. I made a mistake during the ordering process and didn't realize it until the prints arrived. I reached out to customer support (on a Sunday night!), and they responded with so much kindness and understanding. Kelly and the team had my issue fully resolved in less than 24 hours. I believe it will just be slightly blurry due to the actual image since we were moving in the photo being taken and it also being enlarged so I'm fine with how it looks with what is shown in the email sent with the photo being updated with no text!

Im not happy at all with what I received. I just wanted to replace the pics I have framed from y'all with updated family pics. I thought that was what I ordered. I got cardboard type canvas prints that are not done well at all.
This was my first time ordering and the quality in the print material and frames is fine. Shipping was fast. My disappointment is in how drastic the image contrast was from what I ordered. They came out way darker. I reached out to customer service and they said they wouldn't reprint and gave me a color diagram to show the difference in the way their printer prints colors darker than normal. This would have been helpful to see at the time of ordering and not when it was too late. Now I've spent over a $100 and can't use the prints unfortunately.
I had a couple of issues with a large order. I reach out to customer support and they were very quick to respond and resolve my issues. Also very courteous!
I thought I had ordered a 12x16 wood print. While what I received is nice, it was not what I ordered. Did your website kick me out of what I thought was ordering? I don't know. But my intent was to order a 12x16 on wood. I almost ordered some canvas framed prints yesterday. I'm glad I didn't as now I don't know that I can trust the website to accurately reflect what I am ordering. Your thoughts? ~jodie

I've ordered from smallwoods before. I ordered my wedding photos a few years ago and recently ordered my maternity and newborn photos. They are great quality and reasonably priced. One of my frames was a bit warped and the customer service that smallwoods provided was quick and fantastic. Will continue to order from them
I accidentally submitted the wrong photo for printing and they got back to me super quickly after I reached out (despite it being a holiday weekend!) I was impressed with how quickly they solved the problem for me! Will definitely be using them again to print pictures :)

I initially received my package super eager to see my new frames and one ended up being damaged. I quickly contacted and got a response right away. They are now sending a new frame and I couldn't be a more happy customer. This was my first purchase from Smallwoods. I chose to have a professional picture we had taken by a photographer, it wasn't edited on my end and it was taken with a very clear camera. I have it printed in other styles through Walgreens and the photo is very clear. For some reason the one that was ordered through Smallwoods is very blurry. From a distance, it isn't as bad but still pretty blurry which wasn't expected.
I've ordered more than once. Service is very quick and my pictures are beautiful! Would highly recommend.
The quality of the product is nice. It looks really good with the professional photos I had taken. Ordering was easy, it was delivered quickly.
My only complaint is that a better sale started right after I ordered mine. Kind of annoying that I could have gotten the same product for $10+ cheaper

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine!
