I have ordered from them a few times and love their products, they are well made! This last time I ordered, I ended up wanting to order a different picture for my daughter and I just contacted customer service, they responded very quickly and they made the change, I also found out I had a better coupon than I originally used and they even refunded for the better coupon! Always a great experience!

One of my prints came with issues. They were quick to answer my email back and send another print.
I usually have no issues ordering from Smallwood. All of my canvas prints in frames always looked nice in the past, The reason I'm giving a 3 star is because I received an email saying my order was on hold until going to attached site. The attached site was to this review. I have not even received my current order to give a review.

Hands down one of the best customer support experiences I've had! My packages were delivered at wrong address which was a pain but they did not hesitate to replace my packages. They were super easy to get ahold of, talk to and help ease my mind that I would get my product on time. The products let alone are amazing as-well. I will definitely be buying from here again. Awesome customer service. I had intended to ship my order directly to my daughter as a gift for her birthday, but forgot to change the shipping address to her address.
