Friday 19 March 2021 - after booking and paying for my ticket, arranging and paying for a COVID test, this fraudulent company decides they want want to make more money out of me so they are cancelling my reservation claiming a system error. On top of that they write me they will refund my money within 5-10 working days (!) and that would be for a service they didn't even provide. Their customer service team is advised to say it's the customer's bank that can not enable the refund! How petty for an excuse. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

I got my ticket from this $#*!ers and when I got to the airport.my locator is not exist. Waited for the help and nobody can figure out. $1400 is gone. No refund and pushed it to airline fault.

Sky scanner redirected me to kiwi.com to book a ticket to South Korea, but it was 100% fraud. Sky scanner also has no customer service phone numbers. Hard to trust these sites.

First payment didn't work, so i received a message to try it again, which I did. After that I didn't receive a confirmation. When I called I heard the order was canceled and the flight would cost 3 times as much now. Eventually they hung up on me after only being able to repeat the words: "I cannot do anything for you please book your flight on the internet". Right now I'm waiting for my refund not sure if I will get it back soon. They don't care about the custommer and the custommer service is only there to tell you to stop complaining. Now I have to book my flight at another company one day in advance and I will end up paying a 150 dollar extra.

DON'T BOOK YOUR FLIGHT HERE, WHATEVER THE DISCOUNT IT MIGHT END UP COSTING YOU MORE.

First time user. I searched my destination, Skyscanner presented the flights, I bought. Skyscanner sent me a confirmation for the return trip ticket with one locator number. Skyscanner then sent me another email informing me that Trip.com would be booking the tickets. I get an email from Trip.com informing me that they booked two sets of tickets, one going and one returning with separate locator number and one single charge to my credit card. The price was not exceptionally good, but the route and times were good. Two days later, Trip.com informs me that flight have been canceled and if I don't call in two hours, they will charge me. I call. They tell me they can only cancel the first flight to the destination, but not the flight returning. But wait, you canceled my trip and then they tell me I need to call the airline and talk them into giving me a full refund on a non-refundable ticket. Sorry sir, you've been screwed. I called the airline, the clerk laughed when I told her the situation and said that under no uncertain terms, they will not refund the amount. I'll never use Skyscanner or Trip.com again. Cheaters.

I used sky scanner to book a flight a month ago.
A day before the fly, I checked my schedule and I was so confused because all my flight schedules were changed. I asked sky scanner customer service and what they said made me really upset.
They said they don't know why they did not notify me that my flight is canceled. They just booked alternative flights what they think it's the best option without telling me at all. If I did not check the flight schedule whole my trip would have been disaster.
I asked them to change my flight time as close as my original schedule since I had an appointment for my business.
Customer service person was just keep repeating "I understand how you feel, I am trying to help you changing your schedule with alternative flights, but there are no alternative flights"
Are they playing with me? They were basically saying they don't want to help me.
Although there were other airlines, they could change my flight they were just saying we can't.
If they cannot do anything and so $#*!ing useless, why are they even telling people they provide service?
They just $#*!ed up my schedule and forgot to inform me and did not help me at all and also wasted my time and money. I suddenly had to stay in my destination 2 more days and I had no place to stay.
Pleas Do Not Use sky scanner. It will waste your money, time and energy.

Hi there,
I want to warn potential customers of the company Skyscanner. Be very attentive!
Skyscanner company doesn't warn about very important information that when you fly through America, Canada, Singapore, London, you will need to have visas for these countries as they do not have transit zones. What millions of tourists simply don`t know because no one informed them in advance and they are in a very unpleasant situation.

Also, in case of cancellation of tickets purchased on the partners site, the company Skyscanner doesn`t warn in advance that the money for the tickets won`t be refunded before the Skyscanner company redirects you to buy the selected flight conditions to the partners website which also don`t warn you about the information I said.

This is an administrative violation of the Skyscanner company and fraud. And also this is the complete lack of service and care for their customers.

Be very careful and better contact another company for quality and professional services!

FRAUD - MYTRIP

My name is Komal and I booked ticket through "mytrip on skyscanner". Terrible worst any type of word is not enough for this fraud agency. The whole story is my flight was cancelled by The airline. These people refused to give any alternative flights. They also refused to provide any information how much refund I am gonna get. They have refused to call airline as well. Finally I made a call to the airline and they said that we will give full refund. But this mytrip people wanted to deduct the money around 100 or more than that when I asked for what reason! Then they said administration and this and that fees. Why would I pay a single penny to someone who dont even call airline, doesnt provide any information, stop receiving my calls, putting me on hold for an hours, who doesnt even have information I ask for, completely crap management, and finally just want to steal the money when airline is paying in full refund to me. My humble request to anyone who read this review - "never" buy any ticket from mytrip and any such fraud people. Go to airline website who is willing to take responsibility.

DO NOT BOOK WITH SKY SCANNERR! Customer support worst team ever if anything happens to your ticket ( specially in covid) they will offer you the worst route ever and give you compensation. There refunds take 12 weeks to process and beyond this point they wont help. I spoke to two different people and each one gives me different information when I asked to get transferred to the manager, a girl called Tria announces herself as the supervisor, doesn't find a solution to my situation abd hung up in my face. I call again and surprisingly " the supervisor " picks up. Team of BS. Just know that if you face any issue NO SOLUTION WILL BE PROVIDED

DO NOT TRUST SKY SCANNER.

The site shows flights from Jakarta, Indonesia (CGK) to Mouscron, Belgium (MWW) visa NusaTrip but AFTER I buy it the DESTINATION changed!
Mouscron, Belgium (MWW) changed to MALINAU, BORNEO (MWW).

I contacted NusaTrip only AN HOUR after I bought the tickets (which on January 2019) and they charged me 50% for cancellation. What a rip-off! I am sure this is an organized scam!

DO NOT USE EITHER SKYSCANNER OR NUSATRIP

PRICING SUCKS!

I booked 3 tickets on Skyscanner for flights on Southwest at great rates and once the flights were booked (so I thought) and I received confirmation emails and noticed that there were no Eticket numbers, I called Skyscanner and was told that the tickets were actually NOT booked! The prices was too low on Skyscanner and Southwest was not going to honor this price!

Thefts...

Thefts... thefts... thefts... the airline is compensating me for a canceled flight but giving the money to Skyscanner because I bought my ticket from Skyscanner. But Skyscanner is not giving the money to me and instead saying that I need to request an email from the airline saying that they are refunding the money! Airline is saying: of course we are giving the money back to everyone for our canceled flight and Skyscanner knows our policies and agreements and knows that the way it works is that Skyscanner has to call the Airline rep and confirm the refund, cause this refund automatically goes to Skyscanner! I kept calling Skyscanner and explaining what airline told me and basically teaching them their $#*!ing job and asking for their supervisor but they refused to connect me to a supervisor or refund my money! Skyscanner is $#*!ing theft! They ruined our honeymoon and I wont give up! I want to compensate for my canceled flight, for a flight I had to buy myself to be in the city I had to be on time (as they booked me in a flight 3 days after my original flight and I refused to take their proposed flight) for a stress emotionally and financially my husband and I had to go through! I wont give up Skyscanner! You will $#*!ing pay me back!

I am a victim of this scam company. I wished I had first researched before booking. I actually did not do due deligence check because they were listed on recommendations from skyscanner. Lesson learnt but definitely something has to be done. Reviews are certainly not enough since this has been going on for long. All reputable companies including airlines I believe should disassociate themselves with this frudulent company.
Here is my story. I booked a flight from Singapore to South Africa as directed by Skyscanner to tripsta, I got accurate confirmation after making reservation; then after two days, tripsta sent me a generic cancellation of my booking saying that it contraviens their terms and conditions without any specific mentioned cause. They stated that I will get my full refund within 5 days. This morning I got an alert from my bank on the refund however the amount I paid and what was refunded are different. I got a shortfall of $100. This is a fraud. Why should I be charge for a cancellation effected by Tripsta? We need to escalate this until Tripsta is banned since Im not the only victim, and its been ongoing for years. It could be that their only business is subtle stealing, and might not even be a legit flight agent. But then why would skyscanner add them on their listing. This must STOP.

My flight was cancelled by the airline.
The airline send me an email saying that I need to call the agent (skyscammer).
I spent two days on the phone and still they refuse to do anything. Each agent tells me something different and when I tried to tell this to them, they hang up on me. There is no supervisor to talk with. I called back the airline and they told me that the agents of skyscammer are dishonest with their customers.
The agent from the airline told me to tell skyscammer to call them and have a three way phone call with me so that they can tell them that they are lying to me.
All I want is to change the date of the flight since the flight was cancelled.
They refuse to do the conference call, they refuse to give me a supervisor, they refuse to give me any service whatsoever.
Here is a partial list of the "agents" that I spoke with in the past two days from Skyscammer:
Madan Sales department
Abu customer service department
Sanaket front line department
Tahur - customer service department
The rest refused to give their names or they just hang up on me after waiting on the phone for 1.5 hours for each call.
I spoke with the agent Glory from Philippine Airlines. She told me that they all lied to me and that many customers have many complaints about Skyscammer.
If Skyscammer would like to respond to this before I take them to court, my email is included for them

Never ever book here. I understand that COVID-19 really hurt much of the travel industry. However, I have never been treated with the disrespect, anger, and outright malice that the employees at this company treated me with. If you talk to Max heads up, he was unhelpful, did not talk to me like I was a human, and proceeded to yell at me over the phone on one occasion of talking to him. I received a COMPLETELY different answer from EVERY EMPLOYEE. Every. Single. Person. So don't trust anything. I booked a flight for $1127 and only am receiving $450. That's it. It is safe to say I am utterly disgusted and disappointed. They continued to blame it on Air Canada, but the airline was helpful (after I called them three times because the employees instructed me to do so) and informed me it was all held up on THEIR end.

They are liars, cheats, rude, and horrible people. I never leave reviews, however this company has left me crying on three occasions because of the way I was talked to.

Please SAVE YOURSELF and NEVER EVER book with SKYSCANNER.

I lost EUR850 because this useless travel site Skyscanner is listing scam travel agencies and does not care if you lose money as long as they are getting paid their fat commission. They will tell you tell have nothing to do with flights they display on their site and the money you lost is gone because is not their job to vet and review the travel agencies that they list on their site.

Don't let the reviews on this site fool you. Over 80% of the reviews are bought and paid for from review farms. Don't trust all the glowing reviews as the majority are fake The most important thing to understand that Skyscanner and its related travel agency partners offer no real value. If you see a flight offer just go on the actual airline website and book the flight directly. It will be cheaper and you will save money and hassle instead of dealing with a third party intermediary.

To sum it up, even if you use flight search engine or agency to search for flights, NEVER EVER BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH THIS SITE. Just take the search results and go on the airline website operating the flight. You will save money, get support in case your flight has issues and you will thank me for saving you trouble
