When I first created an account, all the verifications I did, my ID expired, so I used a passport from the second country Vietnam, but now I live in the US, I passed address verification, bank account and everything was verified, I deposited cash to Skrill, and the bad thing is that skril kept my money, now not accepting Vietnamese passports My man, it's a scam, I hope any authority will punish Skrill

This company charges you so much money to complete a transaction to a 3rd party.
When you feel that you don't want to do business anymore and that you want to get the rest of your money and close your account... they will shut you off without any warning.
Then, after a couple of months, they will send you an email saying that since your account is not closed, you will have to pay them a fee of 5 euros that will be charge every months.
Even if you reset your password to get into your account and do the verification code, nothing will work.
They will cut you off of your account and they will not respond to your emails.
They are a criminal organization... they should be closed and all their clients should be reimbursed.

They literally limited my deposit of paysafe card to 9.34 even tho i have still more than 100 dollars left to spend on non verified acc.

This payment platform is extremely unsatisfactory. Once you deposit money into your newly created account, it becomes impossible to use or withdraw the funds because they never verify your account. On top of that, you are required to pay a monthly fee of 5 euro for simply having an account, even if you do not use it. To add to the frustration, they continuously send emails every month to remind you about deducting 5 euro from your account. It is disheartening to see your money go to waste. If possible, it is highly recommended to avoid this platform.

They stole my money. They use the verification process in order to scam people. They needed my ID but won't recognize it. Then, I tried contacting the support and all of a sudden, my account was locked and my $200 vanished.

I chose Skrill as my new deposit and money transfer account.
A couple of days later I tried it for the first time. I received a payment and tried to transfer a small amount to myself via USDT to see if it worked.
However, to my surprise, they charged me an exorbitant NETWORK FEE, in addition to the 2% that was already provided.
Basically, on a withdrawal of 30.42 USD, they have deducted 18.71 USDT as Network Fee. It has no logic.
When I questioned them, it took them more than 1 week to respond, and the response was from someone who didn't even take the time to read my complaint.

I still do not understand the reason for this charge, and I have not yet received a response. But what I do know is that I won't be using Skrill anymore.

Today I tried it for the first time. I received a payment and tried transferring a small amount to myself via USDT to see if it worked.

I deposited money on this site and now for a long time I have tried several times to transfer the money from Skrill to my account, but they They are keeping it closed and preventing me from sending my money to my bank! I went to my bank and they tried with me for an hour to deposit the money into my account but even they didn't succeed. Was extremely easy to register & set my account up. I found it simple to send an international transfer - I needed to contact customer services to ask them about something and I found it convenient to do so, able to get through quickly.

I did a withdrawal transaction with skill on Sunday 27th August 2023 but I have been taken from pillar to post regarding the transaction and now they are keeping quite about it after demanding bank statements that they wanted to confirm if indeed I did not receive the money.

I have used this several times for international exchange, Between Canada, Vietnam, Germany.
Pros:
- best exchange rate net of fees
- can use credit card to fund transfer with no extra fee
- generous referral program ($25 if you use robertr53 at time of transfer)
- fast during weekdays, sometimes as little as 30 minutes for money to arrive

Cons:
- ID verification a little buggy
- when paying by credit card, expect to call your credit card company to authorize transaction

I bought some units in CGLD at $0.65/unit for a total of $124.52. This is my first time buying this coin. I was totally flabbergasted when I found out, after purchasing, that I start with a $27.62 loss (-18.15%). The counter was a flat-lined with no trade till time of writing. I don't know how this comes to be such. I hope someone is able to explain to me so that I and other unsuspected investors would know to avoid.

They scam you with a lot of hidden fees for every transaction. They also charge you $5 for every month of inactivity.

None of this is clearly mentioned on sign up or when you add your bank.

Additionally I couldn't even compete 1 steam transaction for which I had signed up in the first place.

So I added $20, couldn't compete transaction and now deleted my account with $0.1 in the account. Rest of the money was used up in transactions that didn't even go through and I can't withdraw the remaining $0.1 cause there is withdrawing fees.

Piece of $#*! useless website.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I deposited my money and was then told that I needed to verify my identity. However, my verification was denied and I have been unable to withdraw my money since then. To make matters worse, $100 was taken from my bank account but the app only shows $50. I strongly advise against depositing any money into this app as it seems to be a fraudulent operation.

I should have read the reviews first before I use this scumbag. They will steal your money in a snap. To think that they are only e-wallet and they will reply in your email that your account is restricted and they found reasonable grounds. Like what the heck. After you transfer the money to skrill that's the time they will find reasonable grounds to restrict the account? Totally bull$#*!.

They are s…t, they're happy to accept any amount as a deposit, great, you'd think? But, NO!
What they don't tell you is they restrict your withdrawals to $700 per day!
You only find this out after you deposit and TRY to withdraw!
When I rang the UK office the lady found my call TOO hard to handle and put the phone down in my ear!
Stay away at all costs!

Be very careful. This operator has sneaky ways to claim you didn't comply to their admin requirements and then keep your money as an admin fee. They will also not tell you what you did wrong only that they have reason to believe you did something wrong. I don't understand how they are still allowed to be an operator in the UK payments system. They should be investigated and shut down. Do NOT use.

The truth is that I has a Skrill account for many years, and used it occasionaly mainly during my travels, as a security measure, just not to use my regular cards. However I didn't use my account much, after I got Revolut which is much more convenient and I had never activated the new card Skrill had sent me.
Everything was great until one day I've noticed that my account had negative balance. I asked them how can this be possible as 1) My card had not been activated by me 2) Since I had no money in it, whoever made the charge should be declared and not have negative balance. They reply that the charge was from something I bought A COUPLE of YEARS ago, and the merchant decided to claim the money now. Needless to say that this was totally unacceptable as I was unable to remeber whether or not I had made this transaction after two whole years, plus that even so, a mercant cannot just claim money whenever he/she wants, they have about 10 days I think to do that, and surely enough not two years!
So to summarize Skrill was asking me money for a transaction I had possibly, two years ago, the inactive card (it should not have worked just because it had never been activated) had negative balance (a card that it is supposed to be debit one and not a credit card, the balance should have never been negative) and they wanted me to pay the money!
Well needless to say that I just closed my account!

Skrill has to be the most backwards, half-assed, $#*! terrible website or service to use for money. EXTREMELY predatory site design is set up to take your money and make it as difficult as possible to return. We are in 2023 taking my money is just as easy as sending it back, theres no need for these ridiculous $#*!ing rules, why would i not be able to send money to a merchant's email using this site theres no $#*!ing difference between that and a person's email, why would i not be able to add your stupid $#*! virtual card to my apple wallet, why would there be a $#*!ING $10 LIMIT on my withdrawal through a bank AND WHY THE $#*! WOULD YOU CHARGE ME $5 FOR A FEE & HAVE TO WAIT 6 DAYS FOR THE MONEY YOU TOOK IN 2 SECONDS.

I registered and tried to deposit money with my card, but they keep declining and want to connect my bank account. Because they are so good at protecting it! Yes, scam...

My experience. Send money to friend. Friend fails authentication of his account. Friend told he can't reregister with that email address. Money now can't be collected by friend. Request for refund refused. So basicallly, Skrill took the cash and now won't give it to anyone at all. Dispute raised with Visa. There's no description that fits better than outright criminality. You may as well take your cash to a casino.
Follow up a month later - Visa came through! Despite Skrill's objections, Visa refunded me and reversed the charges completely. Thanks for validating my opinion, Visa!

Luckily I managed to get my assets off this site because I can't make a withdrawal, but go with the help of the company on my title check (they help me liquidate my money) I was back in a week and a half. Very useful
