I transferred my money into these people's website to transfer my money from my account to a brokerage account. Once they got my money they gleefully informed me that "Your account has been restricted for:
All transactions" and "to remove restrictions verify your identity".

If I wanted that song and dance I would have used my bank. If they told me upfront please verify identity to open an account, I would have moved on to another service. Now I have no choice but to work with these pikers.

I will return the favor by leaving this explanation along on every review site I know.

I made my first withdrawal without any problems, but to keep using the service, I needed to verify my identity. I followed their procedure for verification, and a couple of days thereafter I received a message from Skrill that my verification was complete. The same minute, another message followed saying that my verification was not in order, and further action was required. The site shows opposite information, one page says that my account is restricted and I need to verify my identity, whereas the verification page says that verification is complete. All the while, my account is blocked, and I cannot receive money. Customer service is non existent. I wrote to them many times about the problem, and received no response whatsoever, not one. Now, you decide if this is worth your mental health.

I should have read the reviews first before I use this scumbag. They will steal your money in a snap. To think that they are only e-wallet and they will reply in your email that your account is restricted and they found reasonable grounds. Like what the heck. After you transfer the money to skrill that's the time they will find reasonable grounds to restrict the account? Totally bull$#*!.

They steal 50eur from your account for each invective month
They have stolen more than 1500 euros in 7 years since 2014 until now my inactive months represent 50€ of account management. Avoid this and just do Revolut, they don't steal your money. I couldn't have a worse impression about this company as they seem a scam center just disguised as an online bank. Never uploading funds here again, and neither should you unless you are using it immediately and not allowing them to steal you... they will empty your account if they can and also much bigger fees for account management than a real bank that you have on the street. NEVER AGAIN

Warning. This company has many officers which are Masons who targeting to eliminate specific people. And the way they use to do it is simple.They delete your emails so is like you never sent the documents they asked, do then they can delete your account. On my case they asked me some documents. So i sent them immediately but then i didnt have any reply. But after many days i received an email which says "Warning.You didnt reply to our email and we dont have the documents we ask.Please submit the documents until today otherwise we close your account.".It seems someone deleted my email. Then i replied again and i sent the documents again.Then i didnt receive any respond, but after 2 days i went to account to login, and a message says "your account is frozen.Please contact us so you can login". For sure again someone deleted the second email so they freeze my account. I sent them message according the link, but they never replied and already passed 1 week. Once again my message for sure is deleted from Masons criminals so is like i never contact with them.And for sure they will close my account soon because now appears like they dont have any email from me because they delete all my messages. Do not support such criminals companies.

I have registered in Skrill and received 4 payments.
I did not receive that money from Skrill yet.
It says that it will be blocked for 2 months for security reasons. The people who sent me money contacted Skrill. It did not help. I was given the answer that money is blocked for 2 months after several emails.
I cannot comprehend this.
It is just nonsense.

Going to close my account. I deposited money to it and then tried to use it to pay for things but none of the payments -- at multiple vendors -- would go through. I asked for help, they didn't help. I'm shutting down my account.

The worst crypto site I've come across. These are ordinary thieves. If I want to transfer crypto to another wallet i can't just have a skrill to skrill. This is horrible and should be bypassed. I wanted to transfer some money to iq option from skrill i took that option and after money transfer skrill site just poped cant transfer money deposited with master card simple spited in my face. U ppl are scum. And let's not forget the price of crypto when you buy and sell oh boy those bastards will take 20% of ur profit. I dont like this site its pure crap.

Skrill 100% fraud. They are closed your account any time without any reason. Fraud Fraud Fraud. My account 100% verified but they are closed my account. And eat my all available Skrill balance. And send me this massage below after 5 days:
