I had a disagreement with a automatic bill I received from ccbill.com. I did not authorize or know about the bill till I found it on my on-line bank statement. I did get them to give me a refund but I waited over a hour before they agreed to give me a refund.
CCBill is safe and legit, I had a positive experience checking out with them. I was on a website Called Onlyfavor and it was great!
