I live in the US, Kentucky to be exact and never heard of this company until I received notice that they had a pending claim on my card, while trying to fix this another charge made. For 3 days I have been trying to stop them from getting my money to no avail., so now I am going through it with cashapp who told me to deactivate the card but still paid them. I am in the process of trying to get my money back and they are still trying to get more money from me but can't since card was deactivate. This company is a scam
Many vendors provided stale food and when Skip was advised they did not care to address the issue or refund the money. There are limits to their refund, despite the driver or the restaurant being at fault. Why should the customer lose? Buyer beware.
We have had great experience. We had ordered on Skip the dishes and ordered the falafel salad with only cucumber by mistake. I received a call from the store to verify the order and explain what my choices were and corrected it accordingly. The quality of the food has been great every time.

I have been a customer of skipthedishes for 5 yrs. Over the past 2yrs everytime I place an order I'm either missing items and sometimes the entire order doesn't arrive. I dont know what happens becaise they can see on the slip what was ordered yet I never get my complete order. I as well as several.of my family and friends have decided to stop ordering from skipthedishes anymore. I have already removed the app frim my phone and another 50 ppl that I know have decided to do the same. Now we will order from other means until skip takes responsibility for their workers and they can send our complete order. I do not advise anytime to order unless you wamt go get harged fir food yiu never received. Thank you reading.

I'm never disappointed with my selection from SunBeam. Always fresh and hot when it arrives. My favourite is their Fresh Soup, Smoked Salmon, tuna sandwiches, burgers, and their egg breakfasts.
I have never used this service but someone else did with my Credit Card and phone number. They ran up $450 bill in my name. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone except an a computer posing as a human.
Skip used to be my favourite food delivery service. I used to use it, even if I was picking up my own food, and it was ready when I arrived. They now charge a service fee, so there is no reason to preorder food, before I pick it up myself.
Skip's prices used to be cheaper than Door Dash; they use an insulated bag for the food that keeps it hot, and I get notified as they are about to arrive. They also gave me points when I ordered food. It didn't amount to a lot of money, but I liked being rewarded for being a loyal customer.
Skip now charges service fees, and they no longer offer points. Quite often, their drivers aren't using the insulated bags, and they are picking up more than one order, so by the time the food arrives, it's cold. With the increased prices and no rewards, I don't used Skip, unless I'm sick, and don't feel well enough to cook. I used to use it about once a week. Now I go pick up food myself. If all their customers have decreased their orders, like I have, it is going to kill their business.
The driver was very pleasant and the order was delivered early. Everything was hot and completely sealed when I received it. Would recommend to anyone.
Just had to cancel an order that was an hour and a half late. They kept advising me to hold tight for my order. My experiences with Skip have become increasingly problematic. Door Dashing from now on!
I ordered food and the driver texts me saying he's at a condo across from me and can't find my condo.
I then tell him that's he's at the wrong condo that he needs to come across the street.
Not sure how he got wrong building when it's not my first time ordering and every other time it was gone But anyways. When he finally got here our food was no word of a lie ice cold!
Contacted support and all they could say is 50 % refund!
I'm so upset that my food was terrible cause of the delivery service and that's all you can do for me?
We ended up reordering using DoorDash.
IDE rather pay 2.99 delivery fee to DoorDash and get proper service than skip the dishes@.69 cents delivery for unfair customer service.

Horrible customer service, the currier did not bring the whole service. They deleted the order and they didn't return the money. Customer service closed my chat with them saying this conversation is going nowhere. So, they stole my money. I will never use this app again. Trash app and trash company and trash service
Ordered dinner for me and the kid the driver text said he couldn't find the place said I seen him drive by...told him to back track 2 mins later he goes off line and says the food has been delivered...definitely not to me.he already got paid and tipped and two free meals...we should not have to pay ahead of time
I ordered at 7:01pm and still have not got my order yet. Went you talk to Customer service They do not do nothing They just tell you to wait until your food comes before they can do anything And the first gentleman I talked Didn't even help you just kept lying about everything
Driver stole my order! Support was no help said "to bad" we have no record of your order after I sent them screenshots of the confirmation, driver going the opposition direction then it saying "order cancelled" when I didn't cancel it! I WILL NEVER USE SKIP THE DISHES AGAIN THEY ARE RUDE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY AND FOOD!
I accidentally gave them the wrong address. I ordered and instantly realized my mistake. I changed the address in the "change address bar" when I went to check in my order I noticed the wrong address was still on there. My driver didn't leave yet and was picking up my order, so I contacted customer service who took 7 minutes to get back to me. By the time she contacted me the driver was already on the way. She said it was too late chastised me for my mistake, told me to go pick up my order and got off the chat.
I complained again to another agent who credited me half of my money on my account. I asked her to refund my credit card as I would no longer be using the service she told me that it wasn't possible.
I deleted my app, and I will be using other services for delivery in the future. The company needs to work on their app to make mistakes like this more fixable and have better customer service. They stole $40 from me and it is the last money they will ever see from me.
Ordered through skip from a local restaurant tonight, after not receiving my order and then contacting customer service, I waited on chat with them for about 30 minutes to be told they would not refund or look into it further. Never verified the address the driver said it was delivered to, no proof was given to me that it had been delivered anywhere besides the automated text message. I've used skip several times with no issues but after this incident and how poorly managed their customer service is, i will not be using their services again. No refund, no looking into it, and no verifying where the driver actually left it, and then tried to blame me by saying next time i should make sure the order details on my profile are correct.
Our order was dropped off at the wrong house. I had to go get it myself from a neighbours house where it had been left sitting on their front step. Approximately 3 degrees outside. Stone cold fries are not really a thing. They were hard and disgusting from sitting out in the cold. The burgers were cold. We asked Skip the dishes support to replace our order and they took no ownership or accountability for their driver's mistake at all. Finally they agreed to refund the tip we had given the driver. I would give zero stars if it was an option and will never use skip again. Stand behind your service. You charge a lot extra for the food you are delivering so do better. Greedy disgusting company.

I've had enough of this company and will never use their service again. Driver stole my kids dinner then went off duty. Skip refused to do anything about it besides offer some dumb $5 credit for the inconvenience. They don't stand by their service AT ALL so every time you order you are risking the possibility of having to find another way to get it if they randomly decide not to show up. They refuse to re-send an order but will offer you skip credit to make another order yourself. They take ZERO responsibility for their couriers. ZERO.
I will just save myself the headache from here on out and find another way.
