Legal notice

This is my order no #*******
I have ordered today from 4 seasons chat house. Canada (BC) New Westminster.
1 butter chicken and 1 non-veg thali and I paid $40.41
I have ordered food for my kids and Chicken was completely stale and was stinking
Completely, I have complained to the customer service but instead refunding me they started saying we Cannot do anything.
I asked them kindly take your food back but they were just arguing airing that 2:30 hours of chat and and was not able to give me any resolution but later at end they agreed to pay me back my 50% amount which is not right because I paid complete amount for the fresh and healthy food not to make my kids fall sick.

In Conclusion I have lost my $20 and have a stale food on my table.
But this is really sad how they are scamming people.

Tomorrow I'm gonna go to the Authorities and I will be sending them legal notice with sample of that food.

Lack of customer care
February 15, 2024

I have had multiple issues with Skip that i dont have with Uber eats or Door dash. Everytime i have put in a complaint with Skip, they say they will get back to me within 24hrs and i have yet to receive any correspondence from them. I have had items completely missing from my orders and was charged yet never reimbursed. Horrible customer service.

Terrible company

I've used Skip many times. I have had nothing but trouble with them. The drivers are terrible. The service is terrible. I deleted my account when my ordered was delivered cold and the food was not cooked right and the meat tasted off and skip refused to refund even part of the order. That was the last straw. I will never use them again.

Beware!

Tried to redeem a emailed gift card worth $50, their web site wouldn't redeem it due to an error. After arguing with customer service for about 5 hours on multiple occasions, I gave up. They are rude gas lighting a holes. Don't deal with these crooks!

Was great for a while but the last year it has gone completely down hill. The last several times we have used this service the food has been late, cold or cancelled. Not worth the extra cost. Probably get better food quality and cheaper to go pick up with a cab AND we always tip well. Not worth it, will be deleting my account.

Our order was dropped off at the wrong house. I had to go get it myself from a neighbours house where it had been left sitting on their front step. Approximately 3 degrees outside. Stone cold fries are not really a thing. They were hard and disgusting from sitting out in the cold. The burgers were cold. We asked Skip the dishes support to replace our order and they took no ownership or accountability for their driver's mistake at all. Finally they agreed to refund the tip we had given the driver. I would give zero stars if it was an option and will never use skip again. Stand behind your service. You charge a lot extra for the food you are delivering so do better. Greedy disgusting company.

I am a returning courier, and they keep giving me random reasons to put unnecessary delays. First they say my driver's license needs to be uploaded, then they say my proof of work eligibility has expired, when both of these documents are up to date and approved in the courier portal ALREADY.

I worked for walmart and the assistant manager rath

Works there as well skip the dishes

As i worked there hes very rude and inconsiderate of other's safety

The supply managers got physical and verbally abusive
When s compliant was brought to him he threw it in the garbage right infront of the employee
After I left the job
B rath leaves threatening notes and swears calling names while yelling
I have continuously contacted skip about the safety concerns
They stopped sending it though as per the non contact they rely on that instead of getting rid of a health hazard
They in general dont call dont even text and then they leave you with the wrong order

Boxs are opened as rath goes into your order

Stuffs missing constantly

Gets worse with time

Now,if you do get someone to chat with, they still don't serve much purpose.
Giving me only 25% off the affected item, when that item ruined my entire meal, isn't justified!
They are very cheap to paying customers. If I was in a restaurant, I would've sent it back and gone somewhere else to eat. Disgusting. Time to change apps to door dash or others

Stupidity
February 6, 2024

Food orders dropped off by the delivery person at the hotel's employee entrance. Food left outside.when the driver had the guest's room number and was too lazy to enter the main hotel entrance. The security camera showed a homeless person picking up the food and walking away. What is wrong with people? Is this normal practice?! I don't think so!

Where to begin... Almost always when I order through skip the dishes, the driver never follows the directions as I have specifically state in the memos as to where to leave the food, and half the time if not all the time, they leave the food in the lobby of my building where by the time I get down to get it, it's gone as someone steals it. When you try and contact support which is useless to begin with, they are no help either.

Ordered from a restaurant that's approximately a 10 minute drive from my house. Driver picked it up and from the map you could clearly see he was driving to other locations prior to my delivery. Took appoximately 50 minutes to deliver after pickup. Food was ice cold. $80 after tip and taxes and they refunded us an $11 "Skip credit" This is the second time they have picked up my order then preceeded to do multiple orders prior to dropping mine off. Terrible service. Never again.

Ripping me off

I am so tired of placing orders and not getting what I ordered.
Customer service wo t do anything about it cause they say I complain to much. Well when I pay for items and don't get them I am expected to be able to complain and get refunded! Today I ordered tkm hortons gor my drinks but no donuts. Last 3 orders I didn't recieve what was ordered either. This has to be stopped and this company has to be held responsible.
My money is being taken and items not recieved. I feel violated and robbed. I work hard for my money and for this company to be allowed to take my money from me for items I ordered and don't recieve is illegal. It's stealing! How dare skip the dish. I want my money back.

After paying in full, there was no delivery from Skip The Dishes. Their Customer Service never answered the phone to address my concerns.
Then, after over a week, now they are ONLY offering me 50% refund on my next purchase.
I am still pursuing a full refund for the meal that never delivered.
This is totally unacceptable!

Where's my food?

Used this service for like 6 months. Not bad at first but eventually it went to S@#t. Out of the last 15 times I used it my food NEVER SHOWED UP like 5 times. App says it was delivered but it wasn't. First I thought it was the drivers but didn't one of the drivers showed up with my food about 20 minutes after the app said it was delivered and told me that Skip marked it delivered when he said he was having a hard time finding the address because the skip app was sending him the wrong way! So basically if the driver has any difficulty, "Skip Central" just cancels it and sends him to the next order cuz they got your money anyway! Then they give you skip credits which you have to use with them so you can start the frustration all over again? Nah how to stick pins in my eyes for free! Use Uber Eats. So far no phantom deliveries.

Cold food and no support

Order was supposed to take 15-20 min, driver kept taking on new orders, driving all over town AFTER picking up my order, took over an hour and my food was cold, contacted support and the left the chat before any help was given. Finally got a refund after another 30 min waiting for support staff to get back to me. Horrible service from both the drivers and support staff. Would never use their service again

Once contacted about a coffee order that had been sitting for 90 minutes. Customer service informs me it's still going to be another HOUR! Restaurant is only 15 minutes away. When trying to find out the reasoning, I was berated and lied too and then the representative ended the chat.
Another time a driver had his car die on the side of the road for an hour with my food. Out of a $50 order, I was only refunded $22.20.
Don't expect anything out of this customer service!
Use any other company!
