It is no wonder that other food delivery services are benefiting from the most moronic commercials being produced by a washed up so called comic and I really hate to admit that I am also a Canadian and it embarrasses me to no end
The main guy Jon Hamm who represents the Skip the dishes is one of the most disturbing and grating character I have ever seen on any product or service
He was washed up as a comic and now it shows why
He is an absolute washout in the STD commercials
Again I am embarrassed to be Canadian because this guy is not a Canadian as he portrays himself to be
All this is false advertising and I will keep posting to get this poor excuse for a kids birthday party clown at best

Ship the dishes has scammed me out of $100's of dames by accepting fraudulent orders from a cancelled credit card and even when I get the new card it has a different number it still gets charged to my card
Because Skip the Dishes has a company that has an inside scoop with any major credit card that even if the card number that has been cancelled they get an automatic free pass due to this companies questionable practices. They have a policy and a contract with credit card companies that even if someone cancels a credit card the new card number and all details are provided and the charges still go through
I had to cancel my Cantu 5 times and then block it fo two months and I I am only just now trying to deactivate the card
Still being vigilant about any charges to my card
But Skip the Dishes dis not care or even have any emapathy to my challenges
Like thier fake so called Canadian actor who is a failed and pathetic excuse for an even American comic being their front man

Do yourself a HUGE favour by deleting your Skip the Dishes app and placing your food order directly through the restaurant you're ordering from or even through Door Dash or Uber Eats. Skip the Dishes has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Their insanely poor customer service is consistent each time I've had to contact them and they obviously don't plan on making improvements anytime soon or at all.
Instead of trying to rectify small errors immediately brought to their attention at order placement - prior to food being made and drivers arriving to pick up your order - the chat employees waste your time pretending they're going to help you. The chat employees take so long (30+ min) to provide you with a glimpse of a resolution, that by the time they do the driver is already picking up your food and now "it's too late" to fix anything. And since your order was made/picked up, there's no way Skip the Dishes will offer you a full/partial refund.
Today, I contacted the restaurant I placed my order with directly to let them know of an address mix-up (chose address #2 in my account, instead of address #1) and they were very eager to help correct this for me as they hadn't starting preparing the order yet and they also didn't want the driver to go to the wrong place and leave food on a doorstep for no one. When I messaged Skip the Dishes in their chat right after talking to the restaurant, they refused to make any changes to the order address and said the restaurant told them they had already starting preparing the order - which was a blatant LIE - and that my order would go to the address originally selected and they would not cancel my order or offer any refund. What a waste.
Skip the Dishes has made it very clear that THEY DON'T CARE about the time or money of their customers, drivers, or restaurants they are working with. And if it wasn't for the awesome drivers and restaurants who are so willing to rectify errors that might come up, Skip the Dishes would likely not have made it this far as a business. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY, AND GO AND SUPPORT BUSINESSES OUT THERE THAT ACTUALLY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES!
If I could give it a 0 I would. Worthless workers on this app. If you don't like your job or can't handle it, GET A DIFFERENT JOB

En résumé, à 18h30 le coursier a dit qu'il avait livré la nourriture mais ce n'était pas vrai, je n'ai rien reçu. Après 1h sur le chat, la situation n'était pas réglée, on avait pas de nourriture à la maison et à 19h30 ma fille de 4 ans pleurait de faim.
En plus, la personne qui était avait nous dans le chat a quitté la conversation sans meme nous avertir et quelqu'un d'autre a repris la conversation en disant: bonjour comment puis-je vous aider? Il fallait tout reexpliquer du début et le premier n'a même pas eu la politesse de dire qu'il quittait. Inutile de vous dire que déjà on était super fâchés et en plus il quitte sans nous avertir et on doit tout reexpliquer!
Finalement, je trouve ca frustrant de devoir faire des plaintes par écrit et de n'avoir personne à qui parler de vive voix, cela augmente la frustration.
Bref on ce qui concerne la commande Je trouve la situation inacceptable, je ne sais pas si c'est le coursier qui a volé la nourriture ou autre chose car il dit avoir livré alors que ce n'est pas vrai. Nos voisins on les connais tous on est juste 10 maisons et personne n'aurait pris la nourriture en notre nom.
CEst la deuxième fois que ça arrive et ce n'est pas normal. Notre soirée était gâchée, on avait rien à manger à la maison.On a été remboursé (heureusement car on a jamais reçu la nourriture) mais ça ne compense pas pour le désagrément.
Je n'est jamais reçu ma commande d'une valeur de 35 dollars avec le pourboire ils ne m'ont jamaisn remboursé ils ont gardé mon argent je ne recommande pas cette application c'est du vol
I was charged a delivery fee when it clearly stated "Free delivery over $15." I added more than that to my cart, a window popped up say "You have qualified for free delivery." Then they charged me a delivery fee. Customer service tried to make me prove it with screenshot, when I eventually did they made other excuses such as "That promo is for Skip+ members only", when I mentioned that it didn't state that anywhere on the page, they decided to end the chat. They are scam artists and should be prosecuted.
But on a positive note, they are inspiring me to prepare my own meals.
On Feb 13 I had issue with delivery which the company has not addressed properly. I sent out email to them as well on Feb 15 and nobody responded. Today Feb 21 I have sent a follow up email. This company has made it difficult for consumer to address issues to their senior management. They mislead consumers as they do not give warnings when there will be delays. But there is no one to talk to.
Even a 1-star rating is way too generous for this garbage service. Y'all have drivers who can't read simple instructions and drive around like they're blindfolded. I stayed away from Skip for a whole year because the orders were always a disaster. Gave it another shot today—big mistake. And, of course, they messed up again. By the time the chat support dragged their feet and processed the refund, the restaurant was closed, so I couldn't even reorder. If you're craving disappointment, go ahead and order from Skip—expect missing items, tampered bags, or your food delivered like an afterthought.
They leave food orders outside at rear door on the steps of an apartment building. The buzzer to contact me is at the front door of the apartment building. The don't call me to tell me about it or anything. I always go to the front door of the apartment building to meet the driver and make his life a bit easier. Then he never shows up. I sometimes find it a good while later at the rear door on the steps. Might be covered in ants by then, I don't know. I'm finding Skip the Dishes are not what it's claimed to be. Skip is to hard to contact and not getting my food deliveries is costing me money for nothing.
Answer: Not at all easy. And they are disrespectful, rude and downright terrible at providing service. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
