Terrible return policy. My daughter ordered several dresses from different stores and went past the 7 day return policy by 9 days on a $300 dress. No exceptions. The other places we purchased from had excellent customer service and worked with me. I will never order from Simply Dresses again and will def spread the word.
The dress is of okay quality, however, I would recommend other places like Lulus for dresses. They are around the same price and have better return policies. Simply Dresses has a very short and strict return policy and I probably would not buy from here again.
I ordered a dress with rush shipping and it arrived on time. The dress itself ran small, despite the use of their provided sizing chart when ordering. Quality was nice. I would order from them again, but definitely size up to be more comfortable.
They have a terrible return policy. Bought a dress that was store credit only for returns. Tried to return it within the ridiculous time frame but they said ineligible. By the time I got a chance to call them as I work long hours they would not help me and did not seem to care. There are much better sites out there.
The dress I ordered was supposed to be for curvy gals. It wasn't, but I might have been able to remedy with more time. My big beef with them was that they don't refund your purchase. Store credit only. Will not shop there again.
Received a dress that was missing an entire section of lace on a full lace back dress. Sent photos to the company, who argued that was supposed to look like this and refused a replacement. Obviously a scam operation, avoid this company at all costs!
Got my dress in the mail a couple days ago the sizing chart is WAYYYY off. Not able to return it do to their policy of one of a kind dresses fine print? Maybe they should take more than 1 days to make these. Not to mention the slit for it is in the center when it should be aided a touch according to the photo. If they are turkey one of a kind dresses they should ask for all measurements.

The dresses I received from this company were lovely. HOWEVER. I was tricked by the small print about duty and tax.
After paying the cost of the dresses- which was not cheap, I then received a duty invoice for £93.53 2 weeks later.
This came as a surprise and, in hindsight, I wouldn't have ordered knowing I would be paying the additional amount.
I am a new customer unfamiliar with Simply Dresses refund policy of sending back items within 7 days of receipt. I asked Simply Dresses for an exchange, not even a refund and they denied my request. I will not be purchasing from them again.
Who has a 7 day return policy? Simply Dresses! Will never shop here for that reason! Too many other options that make shopping less stressful for fancy dresses. I have 3 homecoming dresses unopened that I can't return because I was at 14 days. NEVER AGAIN!
The standard return policy for special occasion dresses is "no returns," but we accept returns for a refund or for a store credit as long as it's not marked as final sale! We do ask that a return authorization number is requested within 7 days of receiving the order. Daughter purchased dress. Did not fit and tried to return. Due to COVID-19, they were closed and could not be reached. Once they returned, for business, they said it was past their return time. VERY disappointed in their response during this unique time.

7 day return - in fine print on the receipt! I wouldn't have even thought to check the receipt this soon because I've never heard of a 7 day return policy - and no extension while we all waited to hear if prom's were canceled. Disgusting policy!
Jennifer, I am sorry you feel the return policy is hidden. We also include it in all the emails that are sent out to you, including the confirmation email. We made a ton of exceptions to our policy due to the virus however; we currently are not accepting any dresses that were delivered prior to March. Do not spend your money with them, bad customer service! You will be forced to lose money not being able to send product back. The reason you will need to send product back is because sizes are way off. Bad quality product, with horrible customer service and nonexisting return policy. You will be stock with product which you can't use sizes are way off!
Not only are the dresses Chinese made garbage, go look at the scammy return policy. You get a gift card for their website use only. Why would we want more of your trash? Scam. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL!
This website needs to include a better size range for plus sized girls. Put in the measurements and it said no sixes found?! Absolutely unacceptable caused a whole upset tears and really killed confidence. Will not recommend or buy from until they are more inclusive of ALL sizes.
We're sorry to hear of your disappointment! We have a plus size section with over 100 styles! Please also keep in mind that each designer will have their own sizing standards so be sure to check the size chart for every dress. In addition, we have many styles available up to a 24!
Don't purchase from this company. I ordered bridesmaids dresses and it looks like I will only be receiving them days before my wedding which leaves me no room to adjust sizing if I need to exchange. When purchasing it said dresses were in stock and now they are back ordered. Customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to expedite shipping without a hefty cost.
Unfortunately the dresses selected were not in stock, but instead listed as "Due to Ship: Sep 21,2018." These items must be specially ordered from the manufacturer. Based on the latest update from the designer, it should have been available to ship on the date provided. We found this website for Bridesmaid dresses and were really happy with everything! Really good prices, they always have discount codes, and they delivered within 2-3 days. The size chart was very accurate and the color of the dress was exactly what was online.
I had to switch the size chart bc Im planning on losing weight but within a day of sending it back, free of charge, they shipped the new size! Definitely will use them again.
Sure they charge a 10% restocking fee, but dress boutiques don't accept returns at all! My teens will order a couple of dresses for events such as prom or homecoming. They try them on and we return the ones they don't want. It's worth that 10% to not have to drive all over from store to store wasting gas and time trying on dresses in snobby dress shops.
I received my exchange with no difficulties. It needs a minor adjustment in the straps and underarm seams. Well worth the price. I am very anxious to attend the wedding of my great nephew. If ever I need another dress for an important occasion, I know where to shop.
Dress fits perfectly everything was on time and always good support. I would buy any of the clothing or shoes again good price range even better still good quality no matter the price.
