7 day return - in fine print on the receipt! I wouldn't have even thought to check the receipt this soon because I've never heard of a 7 day return policy - and no extension while we all waited to hear if prom's were canceled. Disgusting policy!
Jennifer, I am sorry you feel the return policy is hidden. We also include it in all the emails that are sent out to you, including the confirmation email. We made a ton of exceptions to our policy due to the virus however; we currently are not accepting any dresses that were delivered prior to March. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Dept. via: support@simplydresses.com to see if you qualify for an exception.
