I bought a dress for me nephew's wedding. I messaged the company for information about the shipping options. I got free shipping that arrived in like 4 days. But I also got exactly what i ordered. Great dress amazing fit! So happy with my purchase i will be shopping here again.
OMG! Where do I start?
I ordered my dress mid November 2016 with intentions of wearing it to an event on December 9,2016. I received the dress on November 28,2016, i was so excited! When I went to zip the dress down the zipper malfunctioned and would not budge. I contacted customer service on November 29 and they assured me that another would be shipped overnight on December 6,2016 (when the designer made another in my size). December 7, no dress! So I email customer service and they tell me that it won't be shipped until December 8 because the customer service agent didn't see my response email. I then speak with a supervisor 2 seconds later and she advised that there is no replacement available. You didn't know that on Monday? An email updating me on the status would've been nice.
Now I have to scramble to find a dress before tomorrow at 12:00 pm, but don't have the time.
I have never had an experience like this before... maybe it was just my luck:(

While I didn't keep the dress from this company. It was beautiful and exactly as advertised just not flattering on me. I returned it within the 5 days and they paid for return shipping and gave me my full refund to my credit card within the 10 days listed in their policy. Everything was as advertised. I talked with customer service and they were pleasant and easy to work with.
We had a horrible experience. We had a time constraint so I paid extra for 2 day delivery. I bought the dress on a Wednesday. It shipped out early Thursday morning. It not only did not get delivered Friday but it sat at the UPS site all day on Saturday too. I received it on Monday. I complained in an email and was told I would not receive any money back for quicker shipping that did not happen. When I told the manager how displeased I was he said he could not refund me the extra money I spent to have the dress shipped more quickly. I have never been treated like that. Customer service is exactly that, service, making sure the customer is happy. I intend to share this awful experience on social media to warn people about how rigid and uncaring this company is. They obviously do not care about having me return as a repeat customer.

I ordered a bridesmaids dress with the hopes it would be "the one", but the dress was not a good length fit to my surprise. The website specified the hem size in a separate window with the height of the model which was the same as my bridesmaids. The dress was too short on both of them so we had to return it. Restocking fee of $15 was waived as a courtesy but I was responsible for shipment fee which they charged me $50 USD. The shipment back only costed me $18 USD. I called simply dresses hoping they would be reasonable enough to at least reimburse me for half of the $50 dollars they charged me but they did not comply. I found the shipment fee incredibly expensive with no reasonable explanation. I was very unsatisfied with how they handled my experience and will never shop with them again.

I only called to ask a question and the agent on the phone ended up helping me complete my order. She was very friendly and professional. The dress i ordered is awesome. The material is thick and forgiving. There is a slight stretch and the length is perfect. Im 5'7" and the hem of the skirt is a flattering length. The sleeves are beautiful, soft lace. Everything about this dress is elegant and looks very expensive. Could be worn to a holiday party, a wedding or a fancy dinner. Definitely more than worth the price! I recommend strongly! I ordered a rhinestone sash to add some bling but its really not needed. Some dangling earring and an awesome braclet, clutch purse, and a pair of awesome pumps would totally complete this dress' look.
They charge 10% restocking fee, even if they messed up the order and $8.00 return shipping. You only have 5 days to contact them for a return and will still get charged the above! Horrible return policy and horrible customer service!

This dress was purchased as a mother of the bride dress for my mom. She was so nervous about buying a dress online but it came in exactly as pictured! The color is beautiful. The chiffon material is nice and light. Perfect for my destination wedding. My mom is normally an 8 but we ordered a 10 to be on the safe side. It fit like a glove. Will definetly order from this site again
I ordered a dress for my niece who needed one for a formal. The style was exactly what she wanted, dress came in 2 days as expected and was exactly as pictured except the detail was even prettier in person. We assumed we'd have to have alterations done, but the straps on the dress were adjustable so no alterations needed! My niece was very happy!
We bought a dress a few months ago. It did not fit properly and we had to find another dress. The dress is brand new with the tags on it. The dress is still being sold on their site and I contacted them to return the dress for store credit and they said NO. We have absolutely no use for this dress and have NOT had a problem with any other companies such as LULU's! I would recommend you contact anyone else for your mail delivery dress that provides better service.

Like many online prom dress sites that are not affiliated with an actual store, this one does not deliver what they say. The dresses we ordered last year did not fit and looked nothing like the pristine dresses in the ad. The colors were off and the fit was nowhere near what was shown on the model. We complained about the fit; they said to have them altered (additional cost and time to us). At first they refused to allow us to return them. After several phone calls and complaints, they said we could return but shipping would be nearly $100! That is because they had to be returned to China - even though they appeared to be ordered in USA.

I ordered a dress on Tuesday, got it on Thursday. The color was exactly as the picture. It came in s/m/l, I went by their size chart with their measurements, and ordered it accordingly. Fit is excellent. I will definitely be ordering again.
I ordered a dress for my niece's prom, but unfortunately i ordered the wrong one. I travel for work, so when i tried to exchange it for the right one, they told me it was too late. Has original tags on it and all never worn or touched and they refuse to exchange it. I was not even asking for my money back, which you would think they would be more than happy to do. I ordered last year from here and was extremely happy with everything. You would think they would take care of returning customers, but they dont. Will never order from this place again.

I ordered a dress and it was slightly too big. I sent it back- note that theycharge you for not only shipping back but if you want the money back on your credit card there's a charge. I just wanted a different size sent to me for prom and instead of being able for them to replace it, they needed to give me store credit so I could repurchase. While I love the dress, it's too time consuming to deal with this process. It makes me never want to order a dress from this cite again because if it doesn't fit it's a hassle to send back and I don't get all of my money back meanwhile it was returned in perfect condition and the only time I ever had it on was for 5 minutes to check the size.

If you do not want to wait, you can go ahead and place a new order. When we receive your return you can be issued a refund for the price of the item instead. A restocking fee would not be charged if you have a new order for an item of equal or greater value. Dress received was different from photos. I ordered white and it was ivory. Also, while the top was pretty and a nice quality, the bottom was see through even while wearing a slip! Not good quality. AND I have to pay a 10% restocking fee to return the dress that is not acceptable to wear. I won't be shopping here again.

Not only do the clothes not fit true to size, I even measured myself based on their listed size chart and the dress did not match the listed size. When I called them, they said I would have to pay for shipping to return the dress, despite the fact that it was their misinformation that led to the need for a return. I am a size 4/6 and I need a size 14 for the dress to fit me. Furthermore, the customer service representatives I spoke with (I called twice), were both rude and unhelpful. I have never written a review for any store or website before but felt I had to warn people about this one. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Called to check on return status and was told it will take 10 business days after they check it. That's a total of 25 days to return and item from the time they print a return label. Plus rep was very rude and inconsiderate. Needless to say a stupid restocking free! Go to a store or elsewhere!
