I ordered a dress and it was slightly too big. I sent it back- note that theycharge you for not only shipping back but if you want the money back on your credit card there's a charge. I just wanted a different size sent to me for prom and instead of being able for them to replace it, they needed to give me store credit so I could repurchase. While I love the dress, it's too time consuming to deal with this process. It makes me never want to order a dress from this cite again because if it doesn't fit it's a hassle to send back and I don't get all of my money back meanwhile it was returned in perfect condition and the only time I ever had it on was for 5 minutes to check the size.

We're sorry to hear the dress didn't fit as expected! The store credit can take 5-10 business days to be available from when it is received back to us. If you do not want to wait, you can go ahead and place a new order. When we receive your return you can be issued a refund for the price of the item instead. A restocking fee would not be charged if you have a new order for an item of equal or greater value. Please contact us with both order numbers if you choose this option instead of waiting for the store credit!
