I ordered my dress with a little doubt but am absolutely pleased with my purchase, beautiful dress, exactly as pictured, the only problem was i have a short torso and the dress was a little too long in that area, nothing a alteration couldn't fix, i ordered a xl and am 200 lbs, love it, thanks simply dresses see u soon.
I REALLY love the dress that I purchased from SimplyDresses.com. The only problems I had were with shipping and coupons. I had to return the first dress I purchased because it did not look good on my figure. When I returned and purchased a new dress, they would not let me use my 20% coupon on the same dress. I found this to be very discouraging because I was not taking my business elsewhere. I also dislike the standard $8 return shipping fee. You should build that into the price of the dress so people have the ability to find a dress that fits their body the best!
They are terrible i placed and order just within half an hour i wrote back to them and sent email to them to cancel the order, also called them and put voice message. They even hadnt shipped the order. They didn't cancel the order, also charged my credit card. I called them several times and no refund of money yet, they say while i place the order i have to get the item! Then return and then they decide how much to refund. It is terrible, i regret that i looked at their website. I should have purchased from department stores not a website that has a terrible customer service.

We purchased a white dress for our daughters graduation and when we got the dress it was actually baby blue and white. We tried to return in the very day we got it... first we were told that we needed to send a picture of the full dress both front and back. When we finally got the return authorization there is a cost to return the dress for shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee! It states nothing on the return paperwork of all these processes and additional charges... LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

We loved the dress we got for my daughter. However when we ordered the wrong size and had to return it to get the EXACT same dress there was not enough time for the "exchange". They would not let me pay for second day air out of my own pocket. Instead I had to pay the 10% restocking fee to return it when the same day I ordered the exact dress different size second day air.

The dress doesn't Fit. The dress was the WRONG COLOR. The zipper keeps getting stuck.
I shop almost exclusively online. When it come to clothes I know that one must be careful because it almost never looks like the picture and often doesn't fit according to the size chart.
HOWEVER... I went all around town to 6 different stores and was unable to find anything even remotely close to what I needed for an event. So I turned to the internet. I'm a first time shopper at this website. NEVER again.
They charge fees all over the place to return or replace an item that is A.) defective since the zipper doesn't work B.) doesn't fit according to the size chart.
If I exchange it for a new one in a different size: FEES. If I return it: FEES.

My daughter and I were at the end of our search for a dress for her 8th grade prom I couldn't believe the issues I was having with finding a dress from a reputable company. Did a google search. And behold Simply Dresses, clicked on reviews saw that everyone had nothing but great things to say, so I said ok lets see. They had the dress my daughter wanted and it wasn't expensive and gave me 20% off! The dress came the next day and it is BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend them
I paid $22 oextra on a $220 dress to get it in two days... It has been 2 weeks and i have not received the dress. I cannot review on the dress itself as i have not received it yet...
I asked for a full refund including the $22 i spaid for the expedited shipping, and they say NO. So do yourself a favor and avoid this site.

Bought 2 pc dress for my daughter for Homecoming - dress arrived quickly, fit perfectly (Size 4) and was everything she wanted. The day of Homecoming was busy you know how it is hair, nails, makeup then photos, the dance and then off to dinner with friends. My daughters event started at 6 and went until 9. She got dressed about 5:30 for photos and I dropped her off at the dance around 6:30 by 7:45 she had called me to tell me that the elastic in her top broke and since the top had built in cups she had no bra on that unless she held her top she would be exposed. Since she did not want to leave the event I had to take her a sun dress so she could finish her evening - she felt so awkward going back in and then sitting at dinner with all her friends. When I contacted the Simply Dresses and advised them of the issue and sent them photos they offered me $15 so I could have the elastic fixed. Kind of a slap in the face considering I paid $178 for a dress that she did not even get to wear the whole evening and had on a little over 2 hours. I was not asking for my money back or a full refund I simply asked for the top to be replaced and instead get offered $15. I attached what the top is supposed to look like and what it looked like after the elastic in it broke.

Simplydresses could not fulfill my order and only sent 3 dresses and was only refunded for the dress not the extra shipping amount it cost to order 4 gowns to the price it would of cost to order 3. It was a difference of like $30 to $40 AUD
CONTACTED them and they are just dodging my emails and refuse to refund I will not let this go as the is the second time they have done this so will contact afterpay and send through all the details as I have checked on many occasions just to make sure that there is a price difference between the quantity of items that are ordered for the calculation of shipping
The site was very easy to use with many selections. This is my first daughter homecoming and didn't want to break the bank. I found her a beautiful dress under $100 and she loves it!
The dress itself was very flattering and true to color. Was plenty long enough for me (5'8) to wear heels with. Only complaint is that it showed up a day later than I was expecting.

I am really sad for the money that I put to buy this kind of low quality, the fabric is to thick and the size is to big from the sides, also the bedding it is not on the right spots as the pictures showing online, I am really not satisfied with what I got, the dress dose not worth the money that I did pay!
