I ordered a dress in Size Medium, and although the shipping was fast, the dress was way too big. After I looked at their return policy, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR RETURNING! They would only give me $50 of the $70 I spent for it. At this point I'd rather pay to get the dress altered.
I was wary of ordering from this site due to mixed reviews, however, my recent purchase exceeded my expectations. I ordered the dress on a Sunday evening and it arrived the following Wednesday. The dress was well packed and exactly as described. It fits my daughter almost perfectly. The measurements provided on the site were very specific and helped us to choose our size. The dress I purchased was a "final sale" item and could not be returned or exchanged. It was almost 1/3 of the original price. I was very happy with the quality and price of the item. Not sure I would have paid the original list price, but for around $50 it was a bargain. I took a chance and ordered it and was very happy I did so.
I would recommend that before you purchase from this site you read the "fine print". Each dress has measurements available with its description. It's important to check these over as there can be different measurements for dresses of the same size depending upon the manufacturer. The return policy is very strict - only five days. Original tags must still be on the dress and there is a restocking fee. Final sale items can not be returned.
I would definitely order from this site again if I saw something I liked in the price point I wanted.
Incorrect sizing, poor quality and absolutely terrible customer service! I would never shop with this company again and would recommend anyone who asked not to shop here either!

The dress I ordered was very nice, but simply didn't fit my shape. Return was easy, but $8.00 to return and 10% restocking fee means I probably won't order from them again.
I ordered my dress from oman and as soon as the payment was done, i got a confirmation email followed by shipping notification, I'm very much impressed by the service and how quick and easy it was to order on the site, my parcel got delayed when it reached oman which clearly shows that problem lies with the postal system here, I opened the box and I was wowed, my dress was gorgeous more than how it looked in pictures, I'm so happy with what I got.

I have bought from this site several time, I really like their dresses and have never had an issue getting it shipped to me internationally. However, I just made a purchase recently and received an email that I needed to verify my information by sending a copy of certain information from my credit card statement. I'm sorry but no for all the following reasons:
- This is something you have never asked for before. If you have changed your policy, you need to state this before the purchase and be transparent so the customer can have a choice because this is an inconvenience to say the least.
- Who asks for a copy of a credit card statement even if I blur out all the rest of the information you are not asking for. I buy dresses from you. You are not doing my tax returns. You want to verify my information, find a better way that doesn't make me feel more suspicious of you than you are of me.
- Why do you assume everyone will just have a credit card statement handy just in case. If you have a bank abroad, you might not have all the required information in one place or even in English. I will certainly not be running to the bank for this just for this order. You need to have alternative means of verifying unless you are fine with losing your international customers.
This experience was honestly very disappointing. I canceled my order because I won't deal with this kind of service.

I ordered a dress from this company back in November. It was shipped out, however UPS admittedly delivered the package to the incorrect address. I contacted the company (both simplydresses and UPS) and was told an "investigation" would begin to rectify the situation. To put it plainly- this was the most atrocious customer service experience of my life and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Ever. The refused to send me a replacement dress, have refused to refund my money- essentially offering absolutely zero response to the issue. I was told initially the process would take ten days- then 18- now its just "when the receive the replacement check from UPS". I would advise no one waste their time with the subpar customer service of this company- especially because you may never get to actually judge the quality of their products as they dont deliver. Cynthia, Julia, Lynn, and Susan are all incredibly unhelpful and the title "customer service representative" is laughable as they accomplish nothing.

A replacement was offered but not available to ship until February as this was a Due to Ship item. Unfortunately UPS then sent the refund check to the designer's location instead of sending it to us. Because of afterpay but it was simply a mistake. I read some of the comments but never thought it could be THIS BAD. I was extremely disappointed by the two dresses I initially ordered only to find out I was unable to receive a refund and rather suffer with store credit since it was a sale item (might I add that everything on their website is a sale as in $2.00 off... they RIP you off). I tried to make the best of the situation and used my store credit to purchase 2 rompers and a sun dress. I cannot begin to explain how CHEAP the fabric is and how INCONSISTENT the sizes are for how much money was spent on your products. FOREVER 21 has BETTER quality than you and this has been one of the most regrettable purchases yet. I will NEVER recommend this store to ANYONE. I am thinking about making a video just to WARN people to steer clear of this JOKE of a store.
So I checkdd this site and absolutely loved the dress online. I purchased it and it shipped next day as said on the site, which was a plus. But thats it, when i received the dress the box said Prom Girl. When I opened the dress I was disappointed, it was nothing but a low quality dress with an overpriced price tag. I will not recommend this site for anyone, I was going to buy two dresses, but thankfully I only got one. The only reason why I did not return it is because i needed it for the wedding. I can say that I wont be buying the other dress. This is my first time buying from an entirely online store, I usually buy from regular stores that have online shopping because i can attest to the quality. I decided to try this site because of the dress was unique, but never again.
