Why doesn't paying by paypal ever work? I've tried it says my payment/credit card is not correct.At least with PayPal i feel safe of overcharges.

Unfortunately if there is a problem with your payment method via PayPal, you must contact them or your bank to fix this issue. Credit card information such as the expiration date or security code might need to be updated on your PayPal account.
