Order came to NZ I'm 2 weeks during the covid 19! I'm impressed. Everything really good except for the foundation. It's fine but just a really really small amount. Also one eyeshadow color is wrong. But I ordered $20 worth of stuff and it all came and all of its pretty good quality. Excellent store.

After ordering around $30 CAD I read upon some reviews. I was a little scared as the most focused negative reviews were within international orders and waiting months and months to receive items or even an email back... for me, this wasn't the case!
This website is great and cheap.
I placed an order and the next day or 2 already received an email saying my order was shipped. International shipping takes a while as I waited a month (which is fine) I emailed them wondering where my order was around 20 days of waiting, they responded right away and gave me the clarification.
WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN!
Love love my products that I bought and they were great at communicating and ensuring I was satisfied :)

I bought quite a few things. The Paw Paw beauty blender is unbelievably good. Very soft and quite efficient. The liquid lip in Fleck was too light and too matte but turned out to be a wonderful lip primer keeping lipstick in place without running up in the little lines above my mouth. The eye shadow was as good as a much more expensive brand. The lip pencils were too light and too pink even though they looked brownish on the website. The lipstick was brighter than expected but creamy and pretty. The sparkle liquid eyeshadow was fun and very sparkly. The. Cream blush wasn't very pigmented, but the color could be built up to what I wanted. I was quite impressed with the quality of the products. The $1 was quite a bargain.

DO NOT ORDER. I thought I'd give $1 makeup a try however I placed an order THREE weeks ago and they just took my money and haven't sent anything. I have tried to contact support FIVE times and I get an automated email back saying they will reply within 24 hours. Still no email back. They stole my money, sent me no products, and now ignoring my messages. This place is a scam. Do not order if you don't want your money taken.

I ordered 7 things and they were all in great condition, the quality awesome, the shipping was great. I saw the comments about bugs and i honestly think they would be noticeable out of the package. But i wasn't there i can't say much.

Ordered from Miss A after seeing it on TikTok. After a month I received no order and no follow up so I reached out. After two business days of not hearing anything I asked for a refund and got an immediate response that someone would follow up with me. When someone followed up they had a completely different name, email and order number that wasn't me. I finally asked for a refund again and was told there was a glitch in the system regarding my customer service question and they had emailed me prior telling me my shipping address was incorrect. It was not, and nobody had reached out, I double checked. After finally getting to the bottom of it they finally shipped my things and I waited another two weeks to receive them. I wore the necklace I ordered for 12 hours and it broke. I wouldn't have cared knowing how cheap it was but it just added insult to injury after an already bad experience. I gave two starts instead of one because I do like the earrings I ordered.

I was honestly scared to order from here after doing research and seeing so many bad reviews, but I went ahead and ordered last second for a big Christmas gift.
I ordered on Dec 18 at 2:07 AM. 24 items which were $24 plus the $1 shipping... $25 total! At first I was told it would take at least 7-10 days to arrive. So, I figured with it taking at least 7 days, there was no way I would get the gifts in time for Christmas. But I was so wrong!
My order was shipped on Dec 19. (The day after ordering... so fast). I originally saw reviews complaining about the tracking number but it worked fine for me. I was able to see every step that my package was going through. (I'm not an international buyer. I'm buying from Kentucky)
I got my package on Dec 24, just in time for Christmas, and a lot faster than what they told me to expect! (Took only 5 days instead 7-10). I tried a face mask and some hand lotion for myself and they left my skin feeling great. Going to be such a good gift! I'm beyond happy with how everything went, I truly have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. :)

I ordered some stuff on december 2nd. On their website they have that it would shipp out with 2-5 business days. It has been ar least 7 business days yet I have received no email from them stating my items have been shipped.

No customer service

- They forgot a pair of earrings in my order and just ignored my e-mail about it. So, I guess be prepared to just not get what you ordered and be okay with that?
- One of the pairs I did get come with a warning label about containing nickel and lead which may cause birth defects. Would have been nice if they put that on the website so that I didn't buy them.
- Quality of the other items was better, but generally hit or miss.
- I ordered from Canada and the shipping makes it not worth it - around $15, plus I even got hit with an extra $12 charge at the post office; unspecified "cash on delivery" charge which I'm guessing was customs-related, but they also ignored the question when I e-mailed them, so I guess I'll never know.
Maybe I would be willing to deal with this site again if I lived in the US, but I'll be shopping elsewhere because for me it wasn't worth it in the long run.

I've ordered from ShopMissA twice so far, and both times I've been very happy. The products seem to be good quality (I love the Bb cream I got from there. It's now my go to, even over my more expensive one from The Balm). The shipping can take a couple weeks after you place your order, but so far I've always gotten my orders just fine (I'm in the US).

No fair

I tried to give a review on the website letting people no that if they have sensitive skin that the product might break them out due to the fragrance, i noticed i've tried several times to leave an honest review and it is never posted... oh but let me give the praises and they will put in on the website, you have to take the good with the bad, but miss a will not... will not purchase anymore products they always end up in the trash except the brushes...

Received wrong order
August 27, 2019

Today I finally received my order from Shopmissa. I ordered 13 of there AOA faux mink lashes plus a few other items. $35 worth. I received the other items but instead of the AOA lashes I got eye shadows. Was this a mistake or intentional? I'm not sure but I'm scared I will never get my correct order or get it resolved after reading all these negative reviews. I emailed them right away but it's saying someone will get back to me within 24-48 hrs. Super disappointed on shopmissa. Why couldn't they just get it right the first time. I would only order from them again if I get this issue fixed. :(

$200 order placed on 27 May and still not received. I've contacted the shippers (USPS and DHL) and both stated they didn't have the package it was with a 3rd party and requested that I contact the Shop Miss A. I have gone back and forth with Shop Miss A since 12 Jun and they keep telling me I need to wait and refuse to either resend the order or work to locate my package. Don't waste your time with them I will be disputing the order with the bank. Their shipping methods have steadily gone down hill and their lackluster customer service isn't helpful to the customer.

Hit or Miss

Okay. It's a defiante hit or miss with the products. I'm most fond of the brushes from this cite. I made an order from here a few days ago and only now notice all the reviews saying how lots of people didnt get their order. This makes me kind of nervous about my recent order. My recent order is 35$ and to reassure myself, I keep telling myself that people are more likely to notice or say something if they've had a negative experience. Hopefully there's more positivety out there about this cite, but they haven't said anything.

I've been a customer since 2016 (US-based) and have always received my items. If an item runs out of stock before it gets to you, as they sell out of certain items super fast, they'll credit you a dollar or whatever amount you spent on that particular item. I will say that shipping time is a lot slower than other online brands, even if you choose the expedited option, I would say typically 10-12 days. Regarding their products, the only makeup I think is reliable is their own AOA brand, and those are typically the products that sell out quickly. If you're looking for foundation, eyeshadow, or mascara, stick to the drugstore. If you want a good deal on liquid lipsticks, concealers, highlighter, and tools, ShopMissA might be for you. Don't bother with the jewelry - you get what you pay for, and if you have sensitive skin like me, you may regret it. Judging by other reviewers, I would say if you're not in the US, don't buy from here, or buy knowing you risk losing your package and your cash.

Shop Miss A can really be a hit or miss type of shop. Again, as always, make sure to read reviews from other buyers before you purchase a product. The products sometimes have the ingredients listed, so make sure to check those too in case you have sensitive skin. I've bought a variety of things from this site: from brushes, to makeup, to accessories and to sum up my experience - the makeup wipes are great, but the foundation I would not recommend. The eye shadow palettes are tricky as they come from different brands. While some are great for a dollar, others contain zero pigment. Shipping wise, it really depends on where you live. For me, I live in Canada and it took around a month to get here on average. If you don't want to wait, I suggest you to check out another store. However, if you are curious to try, you could spend a couple of dollars and decide for yourself whether it's worth it or not.

My opinion: Makeup wipes and eyebrow pencils are good. For the other products, you definitely get what you paid for, but if you want better quality, save a couple of dollars and buy drug store makeup.

$#*!ing Horrible

Bought items worth about $30 from them this August. It's now December and I have not received anything. Never have I had to buy anything from overseas for it not to come by a week or two. These guys probably never sent those parcels and faked it. I contacted them multiple times, frustrated. They told me they can only "compensate" after the item has not arrived within 90 days. Absolute crap. They told me to contact the customs, DHL and my local post (and I did). They all told me the same thing, they do not have the parcel. If you're an international buyer, never buy from them.
