I ordered my normal size shoe in converse, which sometimes i know run small and tight, however the shoes i got were a size TOO BIG, it felt and looked like a size 8 instead of 7. When i went to return via mail, i had to pay for the return which btw was half the price of the sneakers. Un freaking believable. What place makes YOU the CUSTOMER, the paying customer, pay for the return. Cheap quality and the pictures were definitely miss leading. Thanks for nothing.

I just received my shoes from Shoe Show. They were wrapped very nicely. They were brand new. The first pair (Brown Ones) I opened were nice and soft and comfortable. I got two pairs of Aloha Island shoes. The second pair (Black Ones) was soft on the bottom of my feet, but the material of the top of the shoe was hard on the middle of my foot. Overall I would recommend this store. Other than the middle top of the shoe, everything was awesome!

Shoe show store number 55 I came inn to buy a few things, many people were ready to pay no one was at the front area. I walked around a little more worker were trying on shoes while on the clock. I asked if someone was working up front people were ready to pay he than said they were on brake I asked for the manger, she also said she was on brake but she guess she will help during her brake. This place was very rude and unprofessional. I called on Monday 10-31-16 to speak with STEVE he was rude as well and not helpful at all, I will never go back into this store again to buy another shoe and I will be letting others know as well.

They offer express shipping but it is pointless to pay extra for it since they make no effort to actually express ship your order out to you. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 3 days ago, paid extra for 2 day shipping and was sent a tracking number. When you look at the number on the UPS website it only says that the label has been created and that is it. I then emailed customer service about it and was told that if I don't receive my items on the day they claimed they would have them to me, THEN I should contact them. That day is tomorrow and my items still only say that the label was created so I can guarantee you I will not be getting those items on they day they promised.

Finding the best pair of girls shoes is often a difficult task, but I found it here. It is light weight and comfortable, and it has the perfect size as well. I just love these shoes...!
Great cushioning..

I went to a show department for a new pair of boots. They of course didn't have my size... cause why have more than two sizes of hunting boots right before hunting season? So anyway, I order online at the store to have them shipped to my house. The price is 80 dollars more online than the price they have in the store. They say once I receive my boots in the mail I can return to the store to get my 80 dollars. So I pay with a credit card and the money instantly comes out of my account. The following day I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and no explanation as to why it's cancelled. So through a couple emails I find out they were out of stock but nothing else was said. I ask to make sure I get my refund. They said within 3 days. 5 business days later, with no refund yet, I email to ask why. They said there was an error and that's it. No explanation. So it's been almost 2 weeks with no boots and no money. I've emailed customer service several times with no reply back.

Be be advised... if you have an accident in one of their stores... they will blame you for being careless and will refused to give you the information about their company. They will also refused to pay any medical bills. If you enter one of these store... keep your cell phone on and if you have an accident... have someone to take pictures and get the witness name. Do not trust the workers in the store. They will not give you a copy of the incident report. Beware of this company and their faulty store. If they are shady in the store... then they will be more shady online. Because you are trusting them with your financial information. I will never shop here again ever in life!
