If I could give zero stars I would. They always carry very limited supplies of certain high demand items and charge $11 to ship anything under a $50 order off their website even if you have it shipped to their store. So a purse or small item that barely weighs anything still costs a fortune to ship. I have been a very loyal shoe show customer over the years and spent thousands of dollars there. I will be buying my shoes and purses else where from now on if they insist on such crazy policies.

Never again!

Ordered work boots for my son and there was only one boot in the box. Called customer service and had to leave a message. Sounds sketchy. Anyway, wouldn't express ship the order out that they messed up. That's horrible customer service. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Order never arrived

Only stock smaller shoe sizes. Larger sizes must be ordered and sent via snail mail. If the USPS botches the delivery they refuse to sell to you. Upon saying something their customer services decides to argue about it and demand I find some one else to help me because it is a liability for them to give me what I paid for. I will never shop at their local store or attempt to order anything from them because of this.

I made a purchase online for 3 items, long story short I never received my shoes I ordered. I contacted customer service it sounded like they were home sleep didn't say anything about refunding me my money for my items I never received, I also tried contacting them threw email and never got a response either. So I had to dispute the charges with my bank never again this site is fraud

Great Service

Skeptical after reading some poor reviews but this store had a pair on Nike sneakers from 2018. Couldn't find my size anywhere else but here. I was trying to replace the same shoe that was worn out. I love them so I gave it a try and the shoes arrived in 3 days. I was given a tracking number to follow also. The email was in my junk mail though. Shoes are the correct size and there was a form included had I wanted to return them. I would most definitely buy from here again.

Very disappointed! I was promised Free Delivery. The physical store placed the order as they did not have my size. The store clerk assured me Free Shipping! The site shipped To the Post Office instead of UPS. My rural address Always receives from UPS. I was charged and extra $8.70 for shipping and they declined to refund me. I will NEVER buy from them again!

Missing shoe

I usually am very satisfied with the things I purchase from Shoe show. However ordering online isn't so great. I have purchased over $100 worth of items in the past 10 days. My 1st order was over a week ago. I haven't received any of the 5 ITEMS ordered and when trying to track my package it has no info. I just placed another order on Monday. I got the 1st pair of sandals on Thur. They were great. I get another package today. It contained 1 flip flop. Not 2. I understand the mail and shipping may be behind right now but to pack a box with only 1 shoe in it is uncalled for. The package actually contains a card saying it was personally packed and checked by ***. I will not list name at this time. I've tried calling customer service but no answer.

Ordered hard to find discontinued Nikes that my daughter wanted online just 2 weeks before Christmas. Great price and delivered within 2 days! I saw mixed reviews on this site and decided to take a chance anyway. Glad I did. Promised myself I would leave a positive review if it all worked out. Exceeded my expectations!

Lancaster South Carolina the manager runs her mouth too much talking about there are no cameras in the store and about them making $12,000 in one day. Sounds like she's asking for trouble or maybe they need to put cameras up and watch her.

This was my first and LAST time ordering offline shoe came pretty quick but i had a issue with one of my shoes and tried to contact "customer service" i always get a recording stating for you to leave a message and they will contact you back only leave one voice message it has been two day and no one has contacted me yet and i have called several times i spent 314.28 dollars online the least they could have done was call back

Wasted my money
October 3, 2023

I ordered a pair of men's size 9 shoes for a little over $20.
They sent me a women's size 9 (men's 7).
I followed their instructions about returning the item.
The price to ship the shoes back to "SHOE SHOW" via USPS was $14.50.
Shoe Show eventually refunded the money for the shoes which was about $20.
I called them to follow up if and when I would receive the reimbursement for the shipping fee.
I explained that they sent me the wrong size and I didn't even want the reimbursement, I just wanted the correct shoe size.
I told the gentleman at SHOE SHOW that I returned the shoes, they reimbursed the price of the shoes, and I basically just paid $14.50 to USPS to ship the shoes back to Shoe Show ( I basically lost $14.50. ALMOST THE COST OF THE SHOES) because of their mistake.
The person I spoke with told me they would look into it.
Lo and behold, I never heard back from them again.

Shoes coming apart after 3 days, took them to trade for another pair, they said they couldn't, I have bought many pairs of shoes there, but I won't go back to that store again in Lexington N. C. I will go to show show from now on, here is a pic of sole coming unglued

Okay so I absolutely love their prices and love their huge selection of shoes for the whole family. Super fast shipping always! I have ordered close to 20 pairs of shoes from this site. Always happy.
BUT do not and I repeat do not try to return shoes u bought online to one if their local stores, because even though they say that you can, that's not true. And their prices in store are 3× the amount they are on their online sites.

I have ordered over 20 pairs of shoes and boots in the past 12 months with no issues at all. When I first found this site, there was no shipping charges and I ordered a lot of sale items. Revamped their site and now there is a minimum for free shipping so I just add to the cart over time until I get to the minimum. This is my "go to" site now for shoes although I still use others.
Since I have never had to contact customer service, I cannot comment on their effectiveness.

Horrible. Ordered toddler shoes, received little boy shoes. They refuse to send me a printable shipping label or refund my 2day shipping cost. My only option is to drive to a store and do an in person return. Isn't it 2020?

I ordered a pair of Skechers Energy. They shoebox they were in was all torn up and smashed with tape holding it together. Then the tissue paper inside was torn and wrinkled as if someone had crinkled it up then reused it. Next were the shoes that the insole was already bulged and coming out of. The laces weren't even tucked into the shoe to try to pretend they weren't used. I don't even want them now. I don't appreciate paying good money only to receive what looks like a garage sale find. I won't order online from this site EVER AGAIN.

Wrong shoes!

I ordered two pairs of shoes online, received them today. The flip flops I ordered came in with two different shoes in the box. Tried to called customer service because obviously I'm not happy with spending money on something and not being given the correct product. I wasn't given the option to hold, I was sent directly to a messaging system. Only other option is to email, which I did, but who knows how long it's going to take to actually get a response. In the meantime, I'm out money and have a useless pair of shoes.
