Bought 2 pairs of shoes. One fit, 1 too small. Left negative review so now they cancel my orders when I try to order anything else. Payment clears then they close the order for "security" reasons; however, orders to certain other items do go through. I buy from many sites. This is just vindictive. Don't ask for reviews if you can"t handle the truth.

I have ordered over 20 pairs of shoes and boots in the past 12 months with no issues at all. When I first found this site, there was no shipping charges and I ordered a lot of sale items. Revamped their site and now there is a minimum for free shipping so I just add to the cart over time until I get to the minimum. This is my "go to" site now for shoes although I still use others.
Since I have never had to contact customer service, I cannot comment on their effectiveness.

Wrote a complaint review on Trustpilot. Complaint company responded wanting invoice number, sent, no response. Trustpilot then removed my complaint pending verification. I sent invoice proving validity but they kept my complaint censored with no response to my queries. On top of this, read many positive reviews that were obviously fake.
Posted same complaint on sitejabber and they had no problem with it. Actually got results from posting here.

Made an order, never received, requested refund, never received. Customer service is computer generated response.
Researched company, found over 3,000 complaints.
When a foreign business defrauds the citizens of US in those numbers, that company is blatantly anti-American.
Update: It took 43 days, numerous emails, 2 scathing reviews, and filing a dispute with paypal to FINALLY get my refund today. That doesn't compensate for time and energy it took to get it.

Ordered boots and blouse 1/13/19. Received boots that barely resembled boots I ordered 3/1/19. Blouse is unaccounted for. Contacted numerous times with no legible response.
Facebook scams this company all over member's timelines.
Update: Contacted Paypal to investigate company for fraud, Paypal fully refunded saying they would deal with company. Shortly thereafter, blouse arrived in the mail.
7/11/19 I am noticing that a lot of their positive reviewers don't have a firm grasp of the English language. HMMMMM
