Okay so I absolutely love their prices and love their huge selection of shoes for the whole family. Super fast shipping always! I have ordered close to 20 pairs of shoes from this site. Always happy.
BUT do not and I repeat do not try to return shoes u bought online to one if their local stores, because even though they say that you can, that's not true. And their prices in store are 3× the amount they are on their online sites.

Well their yearly fee is ridiculous to me! And the way their whole site is set up is just too confusing. Nothing ever is as simple as it seems. Compared to eBay; I give the Gold Ribbon to EBay! Amazon is lucky to get the Bronze!
