I have work at shoe show for 9 months and u get your regular happy customers then I get the fools that come in there that get to throw shoes at u and call u all kind of bicthes but the company in there eyes we all ways in the wrong as for me me and another associate was working on a Friday and a guy came in the store wanting to return some shoes that he wore they were dirty inside and out there is no way that those shoes could make the company some money so I told the customer in a nice way that we can not return the shoes and plus no receipt how I was Tran by the company no receipt price tore off the box and he told me and the othe associate that he wore them out side when he got them then he wa told that he could no return them he did not want to leave the store so I was told after he call head off to returned them and put them in the system as can not go back on the self he came back Sunday when I was there by self and I had four other customers when he came he. Ame up to the counter Iam here to return some shoes I said ok give me second I have to take care of the other customers before him I took care of the other customers soon as I got to her ask for his I'd and I returned his shoes and asked him to sign the paper and told him have a nice day and he still went back and laid that I treated him like $#*! for one get both sides of the store I never said $#*! to that man and yes I said $#*! I did wat I was told period the customer is not always right y'all let these customers treat your employees like $#*! and we take the hit for them have never worked for a company on my life that will believe lie before the truth that's why shoe show always will have a hiring turn over if u can't treat your team right how u expect to succeed and and what company u know that tells u that u can't take no weekends off last time I checked that I can could take watever day I need off and that's by law my name is rosa sias I worked at 774 in pearl ms
