It's been 5 days since I my order has been completed, 4 days since I received an email stating in bold letters that my items have been shipped and came with tracking numbers but the tracking numbers doesn't provide a timeline it just says when ups receives the package it will update the delivery time. Now shoe show says it will take 5-7 days before the send them to ups. That's $#*!ed up, I have no shoes and I am not able to get anywhere to buy them that's why I ordered online. I will not order online again and definitely won't buy anything from this store again.

I've lived in chester all my like. I go to shoe show all the time but they always had same old shoe over and over. I went in about a week ago and so many different shoes I asked the lady to help me measure my children I have 5 kids she stayed with me measued everyone even measure me. We all got shoes spent almost 300. I asked her name and position. She was store manager and her name was Kim, she told me any shoe I need she will get for me or help me or on your web site. Way to go shoe show.

I ordered two pair of shoes online with 2day shipping. One pair shipped immediately. It's been almost 2 weeks and still have not receive other pair. I had to call them several times and received a call back saying my shoe shipped. Still did not receive called back said store waiting on UPS to come by. I said explain to me how they have not came by and it's been 3 days since I was told this? Michele with one L as she stays on the phone it has not came by and then swears she can't hear me and disconnected the call. I call right back and Michele answers I said can I have my shipping refunded she goes no and if so not all of

Recorded cause she was giving me attitude and $#*!ty customer service she comes back and says no! I said I want to speak to a manager my manager won't be back till Monday Reggie she says. I said can I speak to Any supervisor she said none was available this was most horrible customer experience ever!

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and a pair and a 10 pair of socks. The next day I got an email saying that my order was canceled. I called they said it was canceled because they had neither item in stock. After a couple days of calling them back and they keep telling me that my payment will be on my card within 5 to 10 business days. Well it's day 10! So I called today and another woman told me the real reason that my order was canceled was because I used multiple different MasterCard gift cards. On their website it even allows you to use multiple types of payment it asks specifically if you want to use multiple types of payment. In this day and age can you believe that a.com canceled an order because you paid with a couple different gift cards. Blows my mind don't ever order from this company they are a complete joke. They do not stand behind their items. Their customer service is s*** their prices must be so cheap because they steal money from other people. And their items probably aren't even real.

I ordered a pair of shoes off of the website and then receive an email two days later with no exlanation of why i am being refunded. I then call the number in the email and the woman answering the phone says hello and her name, and i had to ask if this was shoe show to insure i called the correct number. She then proceeds to tell me that there is nothing that can be done about the shoes i ordered they are either damaged or couldn't be found. I do not think you should put them on your website to be ordered if they are unavailable. I am just really disappointed I have never had this problem before.

I bought a new pair of Nike sneakers from Shoe Show (online). The price was great, shipping was free and they arrived in just 2 days! If only all footwear retailers were this good!

I guess they can't find friendly people to work there who enjoy working with the public. No one offered to help with anything. Worst service/ hire better associates

Ordered shoes on Sunday, December 11,2016. Got a call Monday, December 12,2016 saying the boxes were labeled incorrectly and that they didn't carry the size I purchased (womens 10.5). They offered a refund or the next size up. I decided to take the next size up and later that day I received an email saying my order had been shipped. I was originally expecting to have my shoes by Wednesday, December 12,2016 when I paid $10.01 for two day shipping. I had to contact costumer service via email just to get a tracking number that I should have gotten when I got the email that my order was shipped. Finally got my tracking number & ironically UPS doesn't know when my package is supposed to come. Thats not what I paid for. Tried talking to customer service a total of 3 times & I heard more from the automated answering machine than I did from the people I paid. I left a message but I doubt I'll get a response. At this point I want my shoes or a simple refund. Won't be ordering from this company ever again.
