Shoe Show, LLC

I ORDERED a pair or white Nike Reax cross trainers, when the order arrived the right shoe was new and the left shoe was obviously worn, the isole was dirty and so was the bottom, I understand making a profit, this completely in ethical. I will never order their shoes again.

I just received my shoes from shoe show, and WOW. I have never been more disgusted in my life. When I opened the box of shoes, there was no paper wrapping the shoes. I took the shoes out of the box and the bottoms look like someone marched to Africa and back in the shoes. How dare you ship me USED shoes! They didn't even try to conceal that they were used. There are deep scuffs on the heels and toes of the shoes (flats), and there is dirt all over them. When I called "customer service" the rep sounded half sleep, and the other half sounded uninterested in my complaint. She advised me to take them back to a local store. She advised me "if they accuse you of having worn the shoes, just have them call customer service." Like, really? You can simply track the package to see that I just got the shoes. How the heck would you accuse me of wearing the soles off of them? I purchase from shoe show often, but if this is how you all are doing business now, you can keep this mess! If the reception in this building weren't bad,

Took my money, no confirmation email, no order number, no nothing. Customer service will not answer either.

This company is a scam! My order never arrive. Its been over 3 months! Do not buy anything from them!

I first learned about shoe show attending a funeral in Baltimore. I live in N. Y. and I accidentally left my shoes home I searched up malls found one 10 mins away, my mom and I went store to store looking for shoes in my size(some 11 but mostly 12 because of my wide feet) but to no avail the last store we went in (in which we thought it's over I'm gonna have to wear slippers to this funeral) told us "go next door to shoe show, they carry sizes all the way to size 13 or 14 I believe" long story long lol Shoe show has been my go to store for my size since "Parade of shoes", "Ninewest" and now "Payless" all closed down and I thought my life was over because i was not paying a hundred anything for shoes I just can't sorry but anyway needless to say I came out of that store with about 6 pair of shoes just me alone my mom found a pair that she liked but she has average size feet so she could go anywhere but i got 6 Pair of shoes, not only did i get 6 pair the ridiculous part is I paid under $100 for all 6 pair lol ANNNND why they had to tell me it was a website for them... when I got back home I ordered 8 more pair for myself and 4 pair for my daughter and the bill was still about $125 from sale items my husband said "where the hell you putting all them shoes?" but anywho i decided to write a review because of this experience I just had with a rep just now, I ordered 7 pairs of sandals on Mon around 2am, (total was $97)ckd my order status the following morning my bank processed the order but i didn't see an email from shoe show about it. While ckg it i saw that 4 pair of the sandals I just ordered 2 am on Mon went down $5 and $6 I was like but no worries i called them right up and they gave me a price adjustment of $21.53 #winning 7 pairs of sandals for $75
All I have left to say is thank you Shoe Show I love you guys
