Ordered shoes that was priced, on their website, at $121; however, upon receipt, there was a sticker on the shoes that read $46. I've attempted to get the difference back but was told to send the shoes back and they'll refund my money, minus shipping, and supposedly they had attached the label to the email, but it was not attached. I asked several times. There was no return label. I've been bamboozled! Wish I'd read the reviews first.

I love this site. Chock full of goodies. They have everything from jewelry to housewares. The only downside, shipping is not the cheapest and it takes a while (10-12 days) to receive. They sometimes have free shipping.

I purchased three pair of shoes online and love them! A pair was too big, called customer service, who were friendly and accommodating, and told me because Id purchased them on-line, I could return to any of their stores. I mean come on... youre not shopping at a high end boutique and they really try to keep their prices affordable
