I places my order around may10, it's now June 3,2020, and I have yet to receive my order. This is my first and last time ordering from this site. There should be a customer service number. If I could give zero stars I would. Make no sense.
It's an amazing experience for me. I just ordered a Black Sleeveless Backless Bodycon Dress for my girl(Order number: PYK4576). They were so cordial to deliver it within a day. I was so amused about their professionalism. There were different size and categories of various products. I strongly recommend anyone for shein.com.

Shipping packaging handling great. Buuuut….Omg the chemical odor from the shoes and some of their products was so intense that my whole room got filled with that order and stunk for hours. Now I'm not an expert but no one needs to tell me that that odor doesn't cause cancer or some other conditions. The shoes I bought were for my kids. First time and last time getting anything on Shein. I learned my lesson

Do not. I repeat do not waste your money. I ordered 8 items and all went back for reasons out of my control but still I lost £13.99 on shipping. 3 items too big. 3 items too small and 2 items such poor quality that I would not have used them to clean my windows with. Mega thumbs down from me

I love it! Their selection of dresses is amazing. I bought this beautiful white lace dress that compliments my body really well. I get so many compliments every time I wear it. Their shoe selection is also really good. I have bought so many beautiful flats and sandals. I have never had any problems with this company and they have always helped me with questions I've had. I definitely recommend this store.
At first I was very positive about their website and clothing. I saw that my parcel would be shipped whitin 1-3 business days and it would take 5-7 days to be delivered at my house. That sounded ok to me, but now it's been a week since I placed my order and I still haven't got any shipping confirm e-mail yet. I sent them an e-mail and they said the item I ordered was "out of stock" and it would take a little while longer. But this wasn't even mentioned on their website?! I also have read reviews from other people, and mostly of them were about their shipping delay! SheIn should really sort this problem out.

I ordered a bra and underwear set, and there's a rip down the middle of the underwear! It's impossible to actually find the customer service every link is a dead end. I feel like the customer service sucks. Plus I ordered another underwear set along with sweatpants, the sweatpants showed up but not the underwear! Yet it says it was delivered. Ordered items got express shipping 3-5 days yet items weren't shipped out. When I emailed to ask the status and express that I needed them by a specific time I was told 7 days processing and then shipping. Then my order was cancelled without my knowledge and now they say 10-21 days for a refund. No explanation other than because I asked a question the assumed I didn't want the items. Now WTH is my money.

I ordered on December 22,2022 and have not received the order. I have communicated with customer service and keep being told the package is on its way. I have asked numerous times for the tracking number. The only thing I am given is their order. Truthfully, I think they are planning on keeping my money and never sending the order.

Is it all Chinese stuff? Yes. Do I get great deals alot? YES. Some stuff I'm not happy with, but that's anywhere you shop. Overall, I love this place and uy from them often. Also shipping is quite quick!

I was abt to make a order until a saw that shein is trending on tiktok and not for a good reason. The packaging started having fleas and they've had fleas coming in packages since about the beginning of march. If you do buy from shein while this is happening please remember to sanitize and wash everything you purchase. There are many diseases you can get from these fleas so please be careful and spread this around! :)

I ordered 6 things from SheIn on July 7th. It's been a week so I decided to check if my package was coming. The website says that they have all been shipped but when I track my package on FedEx nothing is updated and it says that my label has been created and my shipment hasn't started traveling. I'm just confused as to where my package is and when it's going to get here.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
