I placed my order two weeks ago (April 17,2017). All of the items are still being "processed", according to my account. The website is VERY misleading regarding the amount of time it takes to receive the product -- growing concern the website is not legitimate.

I got the perfect birthday present for my sister on Sheinside. She is a colossal Disney fan so I got her a pair of denim pants with characters printed on it to go with a shirt she has with even more characters on it and she absolutely loves them! She's so happy her set is complete. It wasn't expensive and they were shipped out and delivered in only a few days, left me with plenty of time to wrap it up as a present. Very happy with my order.

It is greatly easy process to buy dress from the Shelnside and last night i bought a dress from here. The shipping takes longer than expected, but well worth it. If you are concerned about fit and how it will actually look, read the review and see the pictures of that item. That is how I normally order. If it doesn't have a review, or even pictures of real people wearing it, I do not buy. Highly recommended!
I ordered 3 bikinis and a blouse from shein on March 27. After waiting very patiently and eagerly for my package to arrive, I was not notified about it until two days later when my package had "arrived". I searched everywhere outside of my house and there was no package to be found. I just want my clothes that I paid for and if I can't get that then I want a refund. And every time I try to contact customer service I am sent to a robot that never has the answer to my question.

I ordered a couple dresses weeks ago (late May). It took an eternity before it said it was shipped, but when i tracked it with Fedex it only says the shipping label was created. It's been like this for over a week. When i purchased the items originally they said they shipped in 24 hours. I am not happy, and on top of that I had a 40% off code which it said was applied, but i was still charged the full amount. I wanted to address this, but the only ticket items i can request are canceling, exchanges and returns. I've found this entire process really upsetting.

I should have known that the low prices were too good to be true. I bought two dresses for about $20 each. They looked great in the photos, but once I got them the material was cheap and the small (smallest size) looked huge on me. I ended up donating them to Good will - I couldn't even wear them once!

Ordered a green maxi dress from the site and when it arrived it looked exactly like it did on the site. The size guide was really accurate so I actually got something that fitted, not something that said it would fit and was then way too small or way too big.
The delivery period was as stated on the site which surprised me as many sites promise to deliver uber quickly and the items never arrive in time. I ordered the dress in October so I would have it in time for Christmas and New Year and got it in November.
Really happy with the site and would definitely use them again!
Are you kidding me? Wow! I went online shopping for a dress to wear to a cocktail party and found a beautiful long sleeve gray backless dress. I couldn't believe the price,,,,$17.99, no way too good to be true, but it is true. I ordered the dress, it fits beautifully, and the shipping arrived exactly when they said it would. I was amazed at the quality, but better yet, all of my friends wanted to know where I purchased it. When I told the Sheinside, they grabbed their phones at the party and ordered. Well, do yourself a favor and check this place out.
We ordered 7 items in May, and fully understood that shipping was delayed, but 3 MONTHS? After numerous attempts with email and phone calls, we finally were able to make contact. Was told at first it was delayed, then told it was lost, then told they would reship and take 3-4 weeks but couldn't be guaranteed... excuse me?!? So you will resend an order already paid for and hopefully not have to wait another 3 months for it. I requested a refund but that can take up to 10 days to process. Horrible customer service.

I placed a huge order yesterday ($500) and the payment went through on their website. I even got a payment confirmation email from them. Couple hours later, I got another email saying the payment wasn't successful and that I need to pay again. But when I checked my credit card history, it has definitely been charged for the amount. Reached out to their customer service (online chat) but the person barely speaks English and has not been responsive at all. If I don't receive an explanation from them today I am going to request a chargeback and stay the hell away from this place forever.

My order never arrived. I contacted FedEx since my package says it's been sitting at the facility for 6 days, and they said my package arrived from China to Memphis EMPTY. Pretty interesting since it says that the packaged weighed 3.98 lbs. I am requesting a FULL REFUND in the amount of $114.94. This is completely unacceptable, as I have never experienced anything like this. This is disappointing as a loyal SHEIN customer and I even paid for expedited shipping because I needed these items.

I ordered a dress from SheInside and was very pleased with my results.The checkout was simple, easy, and quick. I got a tracking number so I was able to find out where my dress was at all times. When I got it, the sizing was exactly what it was advertised as and looked like the photo. Would definitely recommend.
I ordered a long sleeve sweatshirt from sheinside.com, and was impressed with the price, delivery, and style. The "Homies" sweatshirt is a classic example of high quality fashion, and design with silk screening up front. I especially love the price, but the speed of delivery, was fast, and not at all expensive. I was expecting to pay a lot more for the sweatshirt, but when I saw the price, I ended up getting something else.

I purchased two hats that arrived damaged and crushed. When I went online to return the damaged hats, it stated on the page that I would not be able to return the items at all. I also saw that if I would've been allowed to return the damaged hats, I would've had to pay my own shipping back which is $7.95, a processing and handling fee which is $7.99, and a $3 restocking fee. This is ridiculous! Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and money, and go elsewhere to a reputable retailer that doesn't rip innocent people off. I'll throw these hats away, and have to take a financial loss.

The site is really helpful giving a lot of details about all the products such as: description about the material and fabric, size & fit that is really helpful. Moreover the customer service is very helpful, replying pretty fast in any question. The packaging is great and so far we've never had any problem with the products that we've ordered!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
