I signed up for SHEIN text messages per a prompted request on the app, in order to receive a 15% discount on my next purchase. The following day began a long barrage of emails and phone calls from so many different solicitors. Never once had that problem before I agree to texts from SHEIN. It's quite clear that they are selling customers personal information to solicitors without customer consent.
I placed an order for two dresses on December 30,2022. I received one dress on January 12,2023. Then on January 17th, I was notified that there is a delay in delivery of the second order. When I check the tracking, it indicates that it is "in transit" and still not delivered. Is this normal? And will I ever receive my product? When notified about the delay, they indicated that I would receive 50 points compensation but I hesitate to place any other orders until I receive the one ordered in December.

Issue
#1. You do not know what type of material you are getting. Alot of this stuff is cheap, thin, polyester type fabric.
#2. What you see and what you get, may not be the same. Colors are off. Workmanship is bad in some cases, or material makes the item look bad.
#3 Return requirement is a joke. I started a returned, then was expected to take a picture of everything I was returning. In total I purchased 22 items and had to return 13 items. I did the return as I was on my way out of the door only to discover that lame requirement. I did not have time to take pictures, missed the deadline to return, and now am stuck with pure crap!
#4. The items that were acceptable, were actually nice. Since over 50% of the stuff is unacceptable, I would not recommend.
#5. Shipping was fast.

I bought a four swimming suits from Shien for a fun winter trip I have coming up! A couple of them fit but the rest of them were not true to size at all! Some of the swim suits were meant to be worn as mediums, but were cut at very strange angles.
The other issue that came up was customer service. It is very hard to reach Shein regarding an order and there are little to no details on their website regarding fixing orders or unhappy customers. Very poor customer service. The bags they send your products in are from some development not from a Shein store and the packaging has no receipt, no order information, and no shipping information!
My swimming suits that I received were stringing out and pieces were actually detaching from the swimming suits themselves. They were very poorly manufactured in their warehouse which they are shipped out from and no thought is put into them from developing, manufacturing, to the way the companies customer service and other services work as a whole!

Purchased the Black Lapel Long Sleeve Buttons Woolen Coat and OMG it is awesome! It was easy finding plain wool coats in stores but wanted something more stylish and fun. Quality is good, weight was perfect for the last cold front that rolled into Texas. Buttons are nice. Shipment was right on time, item was well packaged and not smashed and wrinkled even after the mail man squished it in my box. Love and highly recommend
Ordered almost $200 CAD worth of clothes a little over a week ago and was given express shipping. It still says processing and one item isn't even processed. When I shop at Romwe they take 2 weeks to get to my house. Why is Shein taking more than a week to process little orders? I need my packages by the 15th and I haven't even gotten a confirmation number let alone a tracking number! There's not even a number or an agent to contact! Never shopping here again!

I bought 3 items and need to return 2 items because they're too small; website pictures don't really do a good job of reflecting actual fit and/or look. I have tried multiple times to get a return label and the Shein return website keeps stating "Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later." I am very frustrated and wouldn't recommend this site in future.

You will never see your money but they will have told you it's in your the Shein wallet. When u want to use it they will say it's not received. Their customer service will email back and forth with stupid questions like which shipping company you used…. Theirs Duh. Free shipping and label provided. Biggest crooks around. Clothes are cheap and will last a couple of washes. Rather shop with Pretty Little Thing.

My daughters placed an order for 23 items on 4/1/16. We just received 6 items. Who knows where the others are! I can't contact live chat it doesn't work. But oops can't contact them anyway about existing orders or problems! Have to send a ticket! I want to cancel entire order, but no response. I do not want shein dollars items awful. I want full refund to card i purchased on. But beware you have to state this or you get useless shein dollars! I am so frustrated. My advice stay away! Still waiting for a resolution, this site gets "nice" repsonses, so i will wait and see, and keep you posted if this ever gets resolved. In the meantime, i am contacting my credit card company.

The order was placed on April 3rd including 23 items. It normally would take 3-7 business days for the order to get ready and then 3-5 business days to arrive with express shipping.
Considering the order contains a lot of items, we shipped part of your order (6 items) first with express shipping, which you found not fitting after you received the package. Our customer service representative is already working on that and offered you the returned address. We will process the refund for the 6 items to your credit card once we receive the returned package.
The rest of the order was already packed and ready for shipment, but we have applied the refund of $241.69 per your request. It normally would take 15-20 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card since it would need reviews and approval at many levels, please check then.

It's a roll of the dice as to wether or not you'll even receive your purchase, but I guarantee that you will pay for it promptly. This site is fraudulent and because they ship so little product they keep the revenue to pay for people to write broken English, positive reviews to offset the honest negative ones.
Why would so many people write negative reviews about their experience? No negative reviews mention any other business; so this isn't a business tactic from a rivaling company. They all give unique details explaining their specific, albeit horrible, experience. They kept my money I wrote them and reviews about them on several sites, everyday.

My worst experience in online shopping. 10 days after i have placed an order on their website they informed me that one of the items was out of stock.so i exchanged that item for some other clothes, i had to choose from the items that were supposed to be shipped during 24 hours(their advice so they could ship all my clothes together). However they were not shipped together. After about 7 weeks one part of the order arrived, but one blouse was the wrong size, L instead of S. I tried to contact them twice but no responce, online chat support didn`t answer neither.the second parcel never arrived, and i no more expect it, as i have made an order before christmas.it`s 14 february now)

Also not sure why there are any bad reviews, I have had nothing but good experiences with She Inside. I mean anything coming from China will take a little longer but I made sure that I wasn't in any rush for it. The items I ordered, most are dresses, are now some of my favourite outfits and staple wardrobe pieces for me. My favourite is a black sleeveless dress with an open scalloped back.
They fit well and looked as good on me as in the pictures, and that is incredibly hard to find especially in an online store. They were helpful when I asked about sizing and I was able to find the right size for me according to their information.
I will definitely be using them in the future, they're fantastic!
After I wrote a bad review c/s replied to me and said the item that took forever to get was on backorder. Sorry Shein my mistake. BTW the blouse is very cute can't wait for the weather to cool down so I can wear it.

I ordered 27 items (15 jewelry and 12 clothing) from Shein. Several weeks later, I received a delivery and 7 of my clothing items (the most expensive items) were missing. Customer service is nonexistent and the website claims everything was delivered. Not the case. I need my items or a refund!

There was measurement problem in the jacket which I placed order from shein and for return pickup they charging, why should I pay this pick up amount, none of the other giant website charges for this. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
