Just received my order today, and I paid for 1 pair of Pants and crop top, but I only received the pants. Its clear in the description that pants and top in 1 Price. And the Size is Horrible.
I mean I always Order from Shein but there is no such thing Happened before. Shein what are u doing guys! Check the orders before you shipped it. How can we trust you again.

Wat the hell is wrong with shein lately. I place an order of two items out of which one has arrived and one item is not yet arrive. They have stop updating the tracking update since 10 days. I repeat 10 days shame on shein for making a customer wait that long and i dont know how long i have to wait more. I tried contacting them but the customer care service is at its worst recently i can't reach them neither though call nor through chat. Idk wat to do now. Shein was one of my fav online shopping site but has become the most stupid now

My daughter just received the bikini she ordered from SHEIN, It is obviously used, dirty and the metal rings are rusted and bent. Really. The bikini bottom has a 'skid mark' in it. That's NASTY! Gag! Her refund is currently processing. Lets see how long it actually takes. Maybe put this on tik tok and see how many other people have been scammed.

Their products look great on their website and on the models. Though when you receive them, the quality is so rubbish and $#*!ty that it is not even wearable and can be used as rags for cleaning. Biggest con site going. This is the first and last time I ordered.

I was so excited to purchase clothes from this website after a good friend of mine told me that she had purchased some cute clothes from the website: Sheinside. I ordered the white long sleeve floral print dress and the Apricot Long Sleeve Slim Asymmetrical Dress pictures and I absolutelyy love them! They fit me perfectly and the price is such a steal! The entire website has such unique styles and for such a good price. The shipping also came quicker than I expected which was surprisingly convenient. I'm always skeptical about shopping online but none of those feelings with this company. I am definitely purchasing from here from now! :)

I sent back 2 different orders. When I go on the website it's marked as if they didn't Receive my returns. The customer service sucks. There's no phone number to call. Don't buy anything From this company. The Stuff they sell is poor poor Is quality.

So I tried Shein for the first time June 2021. Honestly I got what I paid for, don't expect the best, but my items weren't the worst either. I ordered 3 t-shirt dresses for the summer to throw on and be comfortable. Two out of the three were decent, the coffee brown drop shoulder tie dye tee dress should not be sold, the arms are extremely long and the fit feels irregular. I would order again, especially for vacation/cruises when I need two outfits a day to throw on and be comfortable. Not sure how durable they are after washing LOL.

I have received the items that were very poor in quality and size unfit, much larger than the size ordered. Worst of all, I have asked the customer service for return, they said there is no door to door pick up you have to send by urself via post which would cost around the same price of items. Above all their compensation was few points added. Very bad customer service that do not answer directly and they don't even know how to deal with customers. Very bad quality of clothes that can't wear outside the house, this is how bad they were. Will never ever shop from SHEIN again.

I have tried numerous times to contact your company through twitter, instagram, facebook, 3 different emails and the chat bot but I haven't been able to get through to anyone and I am beyond angry at this point.

I sent my return on May 10th and have heard nothing regarding my refund. Evri say it is you who is responsible for my refund still and I want this money back, they have confirmed in an email to me that your driver picked it up on May 15th.

All you reply with on social media is generic 'we will look into this'.
