Some clothes are pretty great to me and some just fail miserably. Jeans especially the high stretch jeans are my absolute favorite. Everything else is just to see. I've had a few tops that faded completely after a couple of washes and had little hair clips just fall apart. Just remember it's cheaper.
This place is a rip off. I ordered 5 items for a total of 40.55. Four of them are too small. In order to return I have to pay 7.99 PER ITEM so that would be 31.96. Mind as well keep the cloths that are to small. I will NEVER use them again.

They sell swastika necklaces and Muslim prayer mats that they rebrand as "rugs". Do not buy from here, they're a racist, anti Semitic awful awful company that should be put out of business. It's also so cheap that they definitely use slave labor or something horrible.

Big Cheats. Instead of refunding my amount for a return I placed it in the shein wallet. Finally when I opted for the refund it showed me the option to do so. Got a mail confirming that refund would be accepted and I would receive the same in 2-3 days. Been more than a year and I never received the amount. There is no way of contacting them too.

I placed an order almost a MONTH ago, took about 2 weeks to process then finally got shipped. It was suppose to arrive 2 days ago but failed because apparently it was the incorrect address, which is completely wrong. I had the correct address, I don't understand why it was shipped back & I definitely don't appreciate the time it's taken for my clothes to be shipped & delivered. Very disappointed...

I spent $100 on 6 items for a vacation. I bought it three weeks ago and it still has yet to arrive and I'm about to leave. It said that it had been "shipped" 7 buisness days ago, and it's still not here. Not to mention the "tracking," is ridiculous... all it tells you is that it was shipped from China... it doesn't say where your package is currently or the estimated delivery date. There's no number to call, so the only option is email or live chat. Neither of which are helpful. Thanks, shein, for being a huge let down. I'm never shopping here again, it's not worth it.

I noticed 2 fraudulent charges on my bank card from SHEIN I had never even heard of. I contacted them to get them to look into it. They contact at night via email. Refuse to look into it and tell me it's pretty much my fault or my banks fault. One more reason to only support American Companies

Has it been sent by the pony express? I just wish i had found these reviews before I ordered. Goes to show you if it sounds too good to be true... it probably is.

A disaster! One month waiting for my order and I had to write to them to know that the order is lost. They were not notifying me with that. They charge you in advance and I haven't receive anything. I placed my order on April 14th. I only ordered items that showed "expedited shipping" so I could get my order on time. Its been almost a month and still my order has not shipped! Every time I contacted customer services, I got the same excuse that they were moving warehouses which was causing the delay. They also promised my items will ship within 3-5 days. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing! This is the most egregious type of false advertisement I have ever witnessed. I should have read the reviews! At this point, one would have to order clothes from this company 2 -3 months in advance to get their order on-time. Rubbish.

I've ordered from Shein several times and have not been disappointed with any of my orders. I love the fact that the site has reviews and photos of customers wearing the items so you can see what it looks like before you buy it. My latest purchase was a grey fluffy jumper and I love it so much!
I discovered Shein through watching a youtube video of someone doing a fashion haul. I bought one of the pieces she wore in the vid and then 2 others. Their stuff is cute and I honestly didn't have any problems but I would only give them a 3 because their "coupons" are deceptive. I couldn't actually use one because they don't apply to sale items, but when I search the site, every single thing is listed as having some percentage of discount. And I don't trust companies that deceptively try to get you to buy with bait and switch techniques. Also, in my opinion, for the thinness of the fabric, I think the price point is just a little high. The quality isn't disastrous or anything, but I feel like you could get similar quality at a local store for a little less. But I did like the free shipping.

Online chat assistance allowed me to access my Shein wallet, and withdraw the amount of my return for deposit into the credit card account I had used to purchase the unsuitable item. Purchased a shirt for my bridal shower. I am a pretty small girl but my arms barley fit in the sleeves! I felt I couldn't move, but it was big everywhere else and didn't look like the picture at all. I would say cheap quality, but you get what you pay for. Also did not receive an invoice with package so I have no idea how to return it, plus its a $5.00 charge for returns anyways...
They tell you on their website to "log into your account to return an item" But I don't have an account! I checked out with paypal. Guess I am just screwed out of my money.

I like some of the things I ordered but I wanted to exchange a shirt for a larger size and no one got back to me. Also, two of the items status is "shipped" but I still have yet to receive it and it was not shipped with my other items. The two items I'm missing are the khaki scoop neck lace hem dress and the white long sleeve lace loose chiffon blouse.
I love Sheinside. They're a very good place to look for alternative and unique fashion. I really love their selection of dresses and skirts, but they have awesome accessories too!
I've ordered from Sheinside twice now, and both times the orders went smoothly, without any snags in shipping or ordering. The site is pretty fun to look through!
However, downside to plus sized girls - a lot of the clothing goes by Asian sizing, so if you're looking to order clothing, be sure to have your measurements ready and converted to centimeters. It'll make searching and ordering so much easier!
I highly recommend sheinside if you're looking for some unique and hard-to-find fashion.
I looked at their site and put things in my cart but never placed an order. They still charged my card and now I have to deal with getting a new card because of fraudulent charges. I don't recommend this site.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
