Honestly I've had a great experience with shein, their delivery is always on point and usually the clothes is decent for the price. The one thing that ANNOYS me is their bathing suit and their lingerie. Honestly if you have somewhat of a bigger breast than average, don't even bother ordering them. They make the bottoms for girls with implant and the tops don't go higher than a B cut
Really a great experience in SheInside. They are responsive and reactive to the buyers. Order have been arrived just in time. I love the style and quality of the product that I have buy from them. I was amazed at the quality of service which was awesome.The shipment was on time.It came directly to my house and was exactly what I ordered. I would Recommend Everyone to this site as it was very helpful indeed.
Sadly while they list themselves as having a US base, and make it seem they are shipping from the US, as I recently learned they do not. They ship out of Chine and I'm willing to bet their US warehouse is less a warehouse and more just a US address. Sadly this means I did not get what I needed in time. Customer service with a live person is also very hard to find. The lack of information, and misinformation about their location makes buying from them very difficult. Hopefully I will be able to return my purchase.

I have placed an order on Sheinside.com and they have took the funds out but on their website it states the items are still unpaid. Horrible customer service. Filed a complaint to the better business bureau and filed fraud on them. My bank is currently working on getting the funds back. They are by far the worse company ever. Never, I repeat, never order from them. I'm definitely taking my money else where.

I frequently buy my wife items from SheInside, and she always loves them. The price is right for quality stuff. A while back, I got her a pair of denim shorts, and a t-shirt with wings on the back. She wears them all the time, and looks beautiful -- she's had girls asking her where she got them, and wanting to go shop at SheInside themselves when she tells them where I bought them. She also loves their jewelry and shoes, which have made great anniversary and holiday presents several times.
The customer Support is very vague about tracking your order/checking the status. I paid for expedited shipping and it has been already over a week since i ordered and three days since they shipped it, however lack to give an estimated time of arrival for my package. It is very annoying especially when I need the clothes to meet a specific date.

The support 1. Take a very long time to reply. 2. Are VERY unprofessional, have different opinions and probably have no common policy. I am sure that some of the girls working on the support have no idea on what they are talking about and also do not know the standard consumer rights. I ordered from Sweden where online shopping have fair rights, fast and good support and where the workers want to help the consumer if him/her received a defective object. I will never order from Shein, a lot of the clothes came broken and discoloured, and i know i would receive bad quality for that price - but i did not expect torn clothes.

I've bought from SheIn several times now and It's always been a pleasure receiving the items from them. They have good customer service. Clothes are nice and pretty and I get a lot of compliments. Awesome prices and I'm always looking forward to the pre-order stuff. I also like to read the customers reviews to make sure I'm getting the correct sizes.

I will say that it's important to focus on taking your measurements and comparing them to the teams listed as sizes vary with each piece. Also it's helpful to read the customer reviews for the items you're considering to buy. I'm quite impressed with the items and the prices are great. Their products are very affordable and good quality for the price you pay. There is a huge variety of different styles of clothing on their website. I have ordered from Choies multiple times, and I have been happy with my items every time! I definitely recommend Choies to anyone who is looking for a great wholesale website!
They will send the bad stuff to you however, all the good clothes goes out of stock even if you pay for it on time and before everybody else. There is no first come first serve basis and no respect for the customers.
Its okay if the $#*! happens for the first time, it repeated again and they are cancelling one of my order again. Its better to order from a renowned website who would not distinguish/ play so unfair.

I'm approximately a size 10 and ordered $50 worth of clothes in size L and XL. They came in and fit a XS to S. It was absurd. Plus it's impossible to return the clothes. And they were super cheap, with one sleeve longer than the other sleeve. Don't bother ordering from them. You'll waste your money.

Product was OK, even if a bit slow to arrive. Problem is that they use your order to add you to their email distribution list then refuse to remove you. I have made dozens of requests to quit receiving their spam over a multi-year period without any success or even a response, other than more spam email.

I love the range of style that Shein offers to the customer, but I think that they have lots of problems with accuracy about how the clothes really are(usually they're super 'see through' and with cheap fabric), overall not a very good place to buy clothes, but the office and beauty items are very good

About a week ago I ordered my daughter and grandchild some clothes from Shein, they received them, one didn't fit properly so I processed a return online and got a message saying "we're going to let you keep the outfit but also give you a refund" I thought okay, go on about my day, about 4 hours later my husband is doing online banking and sees a small charge for $29 in an entire different state, we call the bank and as we are on hold 3 different charges come, one for $230, one for $440 and so on, they took $1,500 out of my account. I did research and found out they store your card numbers and I truly believe after reading other peoples stories even on here the employees are stealing or they are being data breached.

I found this website ordering something for my granddaughter. The prices were fantastic. The great selection of styles is fresh and new. I was surprised at the quality of the merchandise and have received many compliments on items I've ordered. You have to be careful of the sizing as some items run small. Check the measurements carefully.

I ordered several bathing suits from this company, most of them were quite well-made, and I was surprised fit well. I returned several of them that I did not like on me, and I have followed up and have never received my refund which should've been about $280. I would be very careful of buying bathing suits just to try on the ones you like and then returning them, I have contacted them and heard nothing so this review is to let you know I have lost my money even though they received items I returned.

I never received all of my order and was not refunded for it. I ordered 4 dresses and a storage box and its been over two months now and I have not received my storage box, only the wheels that goes under the box. What am I going to do with wheels and no box. Poor business. I will never ever order from this company again.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
