My parcel has been sitting on a FedEx truck since May 21st. They update everyday saying customer is not available. But have not attempted to deliver my parcel at all. I tried to get a refund from Shein with no luck. I tried reaching out to FedEx with no luck also. I just want my money back.
I used to love shopping here, so much so that I used to recommend it to a lot of people, but now I have to rescind that recommendation because the shipping has basically stopped in the past 6 months. I'll order something, and a month later they still haven't shipped it. And when I email them about it I always get the same response; "This item is the big sale, we will ship it soon," and a week later, still no shipment.
Apparently every item is "the big sale," as if that's even a reason for not shipping. I already paid for the item, just put it in a bag and ship it out.
As these items ship from somewhere in Asia, I don't mind the 2 week average shipping time. What I do mind is the month or more long wait for them to even send it; so I'm paying for something and getting it 2 months later. There are lots of bad websites like this that I don't bother with, but Shein used to be really good. Now they're just as bad as the others.

There are lots of detective items that I had to return and no compensated from them. It was their faults but I had to waste my time and gas fee. It is hard to find bad reviews because they get rid of them.

I will never make another purchase from this company! I returned two tops to them and now they will not give my money back. I have talked on the phone, chatted, emailed numerous times and they are giving me the runaround. These shirts were too big, so I returned them and reordered in the meantime. I have never gotten my money back. One employee on the chat line even had the nerve to say "what do you want now". Never again!

I placed an order on May 31st. I then proceeded to cancel my order. Initially, I was refunded and the money was place back into my account. Immediately afterwards my card was recharged for the entire order and the international shipping fee. I assumed my order had shipped. Well that was over a month ago. I've contacted customer service via "Live Chat" and received literally no help. Completely useless. This company is negligent and a complete FRAUD. Be careful.

I love the piece, but I'm overall disappointed. I was very careful with the sizing, even ordered a size L when I am normally a size M. The large did not fit even though my measurements aligned very nicely. I was actually expecting it to be a bit big. Unfortunately, I can only fit on arm in the piece. If you have big thighs and a small waist, you will probably have some issues. If the piece had a snap crotch, I could definitely make this work. I will probably try to add my own. Overall not happy. Unfortunately, the return policy won't even allow me to exchange.

I tried emails and messaged them through messenger and got nothing back to help me with this situation. They already took the money out of my account. Very poor customer service. Beware when ordering as you will find when you come to returning items you might get a "cannot return because a promotion item" notification and no matter what you do there is no way to get a refund. This has happened to me twice, first time I just assumed I had missed seeing that I could not return when I ordered, second time I was very wary when ordering and checked carefully before placing order, also I ordered the same item in a different size and was able to return it! In my view it's a scam they are not to be trusted, I won't be purchasing this company in future, a terrible way to treat customers

I hesitantly ordered from them after all the negative reviews because the prices are great. Many complained about shipping & how cheaply made the items are. I ordered on May 17,2015. I got my item June 2,2015. They DO say it takes 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to process and THEN ship. I ordered a blazer & two necklaces. The quality is exactly what I expected for the price I paid. I love the way the blazer feels- not "cheap" at all. The quality is that of clothes you would get at any mall store. You can't order a Wal-Mart item & expect Gucci quality. I will order from them again!

Order from SheIn last week and the extra $12.99 for delivery by today, the tracking number says it's at the facility in my city but the agents tell me it's still in transit to be patient... So why pay for quick delivery and it doesn't happen then you should refund me the shipping cost.

I absolutely loved everything I ordered! I'll start with that.
FIRST of all, if you read everything they have on their site regarding their order processing, you will not have incorrect expectations as some of you have mentioned. The Express shipping for anything over $100 is accurate. It doesn't say Express Processing. It is literally referring to the shipping, only. I just placed an order maybe a week and a half ago, and received my package yesterday. I spent more than $100 and once I received my email that my package had shipped, it took 3 business days to get to me (which is what the website says).
Second, the clothing details and model information should help you decipher the size clothing you should order. So again, if you just read, you should be all good.

It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
