Some days back I ordered a Red round neck Sleeveless dress for my Girlfriend through this website. After submitting the order they responded very quickly and prepared for shipping the product to my address and also I received my desired product within the assign time frame. In addition just I want to add their tremendous customer service in this regards
I've placed an order on 12 August, and the shipping type is Express shipping which it takes based on whats written in the description from 2-3 days. And I haven't receive any updates about my order. I'm so disappointed. I'm traveling next Tuesday and I really need to have this order with me while traveling. I paid more money just to get the Express shipping service. And to get my items in maximum 3 days based on whats written! Now its been 5 days and the status of my order is still "Processing". If I don't get my shipment before Tuesday I would definitely ask for a refund!
Already feeling a little dissatisfied with this Company. I ordered a dress a little over two weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. I haven't receive one piece of communication as a follow-up as to when it will ship. There are no clear directions on their web-site on how to verify tracking. If you click on the TRACKING button (BTW, repeats an error message) you leads you to another blank page. Doesn't appear to be a terrible company, I think maybe revisiting their processes and procedures as well as address customers concerns, suggestions, and ideas will help.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews on SheInside, but I've had nothing but good experiences with them! I can only imagine these are only when orders have gone wrong and none of the good ones. People like to talk about negative things more than positive things, it's true!

It's very timeless and fit me well. The material was fine too, and there was a bit of a smell that went away after a while, so it didn't really bother me. I also have ordered jewelry from them in the past and I still have all of it! Shipping can take a little while but I feel like it's worth it because everything is so cheap. I always order from SheInside and I always will!

I ordered something from SHEIN 02 March 2021 with Express shipping. And it said that it will reach to address 11-12 March 2021. I paid extra cost for express shipping. So far, The order is till processing and I contacted with customer service they said that it will reached me within 8-9 days. It means 17-18 March 2021. This is really bad experience for me that I've ever encountered in online shopping.The shipping process is terrible. I will never buy any products from shein.

I no longer buy at SHEIN, things get lost and no one answers, the shipping company leaves your things lying on the doors of the buildings and they get lost or stolen themselves, they don't even ring the bell for you to go downstairs to pick it up. Absolutely adore these shoes! I have purchased two so far, pink and two black. It was so easy to place order on this site, I got my shoes on time and am happy about that. The first ordered pair was black(7.5), I actually ordered a half size bigger because I was concerned about the fit. Boy was I wrong, they are true to size, ended up giving my sister this pair since she liked them so much and ordered myself two more in a 7. They are very fashionable and comfortable, perfect for spring and summer! So far the pink colored flats are my favorite, such a vibrant & cute color.
Dreadful my cart with 23 small items cost €60 but the cost with shipping and total cost is over €130 euros which mean it's costing more than my cart to deliver them it's grand seeing small price tags people but don't be fooled by shipping costs

Ordered a dress through this company which was $30 including the shipping my husband paid for it on his debit card we get a notification through their fraud department that they need a little extra information for us before they ship the dress. We sent him a picture of the bank statement showing proof we paid for the dress they denied the picture saying it was not a complete clear picture. We took another picture up close of the bank statement letting them know we were not going to give out our account number or anything else but the picture of the bank statement through his bank which we did online. I can see if the outfit was over $500 that they would have their fraud department looking into it but a $30 order really?! Ridiculous crap! Get it together Shein!

I had a fantastic experience with Shein.com. I chose the Black Geometric Print Drape Front Knit Cardigan. Not only am I in love with the style, but the cardigan hugged my body perfectly. I was surprised at how smoothly the purchasing process was. I thought the process would be complicated but it was not hard at all. The entire process was simple, quick, and easy. The shipping price was very reasonable as well which made me even happier. My cardigan arrived in good condition. This has become my go to place for my clothing items.
I made my last SHEIN purchase, August 2022. The company has horrible customer service. My package was delayed over 1 month due to logistics, when I finally was able to make a return of the unopened package they had the audacity to try to make me pay 7.99 for shipping. As of Sept 22, they only refunded me partially. I'm uphold at the service I received, I paid $82.60 and was refunded $69… my order was supposed to arrive 8/14 I came over 1 month later. I'm dishearten and will never order from them again. They didn't communicate at all I had to start a PayPal dispute that's how real it was because they refused to give me my money back. I will never encourage anyone to buy their poor quality clothing. I spoke with Adrian; it was a waste… but I won't again.

I bought two dress for my younger sister from this site. sheinside.com is the best site of online shopping I ever used. Purchase is very fast and products are cheaper than other site. It is better than the average online delivery time period. Therefore you don't have to wait for ages to receive your desired items that you ordered from this store. You will for sure get what you are looking for and even much more. Recommend this site.
I ordered in November and my orders was received this January. Now im struggling to return other items as my orders came packaged on the box and the other parcel had shoes in the boxes. Now Pep store denies to accept the parcels as they say they are huge than their packaging bags.

Ordered a dress size L - when I am really a S... because I was leary of clothing from overseas manufacturers. The dress was so small I could not even get into it.
I verified my size on their chart before ordering - As I paid only $15 for the dress, to return it would have cost almost $8 - so I donated it.
The style was cute, the material was thinner than I prefer.

I love SHEINSIDE's blazers! I bought two of them, a royal blue one and a red one from SHEINSIDE. The colors are exactly as they appear. I typically wear an X-Large in tops/jackets/dresses, so after reading the other reviews I ordered a few sizes up. I got them both in (L size) and they fit perfectly. If you look at the measurement chart, you can pretty much figure out which size you need to order. They are really soft and flexible, but they still have great structure. You can wear these to work and look professional without your movement being restricted.
DEFINITELY, this has turned out to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. I didn't want to spend $200 or more on a blazer that I won't wear very often, and this dress is the most beautiful of any I have seen in my months of looking for a dress.

I ordered three items, my package arrived really quick in less than a week. To my surprise I had received extra items not ordered. When I went Into my account my order history was gone! Missing. When I looked at my bank statement I was charged for all of them. I tried emailing them@ support shein.com, *******@shein.com, and non valid emails.! I kept getting email not found.
Phone numbers listed are not true numbers *******212, Facebook messenger is how I finally reached them. They sent a return label. I went to the post office and the lady at the counter told me it was not a valid return label. The numbers are incorrect. To contact the store again so they can send a valid return label.
This is FRAUD!

Do not ever order from these people. I'll order two swimsuits in June and I still do not have them and now they're saying they're delivered after I complain, so you'll never get your item it's a fraudulent company. With a fraudulent tracking system. Shein Clearance Center is the one don't order from. Fraud they take your money, never get item. They steal your money and will not refund it. Don't order from them. They won't refund the money either.

It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
