I recently purchased a sweater from sheinside. I wanted a sweater that would look stylish and cozy since the weather is getting below freezing now. I bought the Purple Long Sleeve Vintage Geometric Print Knit Sweater and I absolutely love it! The fabric is very soft and it looks amazing. I personally did not have any issues with shipping and received my sweater within a decent amount of time.
I also absolutely love sheinside's point system. I am a college student and always looking to save money. Each dollar spent at sheinside is turned into a one-cent credit, which can be redeemed on future orders. I think this is a great program and I am sure now that I have started shopping on sheinside these points will add up and save me some money.
I have had no issues with sheinside. I think the clothes are adorable and very affordable. I have had no issues with shipping or customer service. I would and will definitely buy more from sheinside.
They are fast, They sell Good quality products, they got unique designs, they co-operate, They helps you and above all they gives importance to your time and money i am using them for like more then a year never found them bad on what they do. Will recommended them to anyone who is looking for a longtime relationship with a shop for getting the best.
Recently i order two kimono's. Delivery time was 20 days for standard delivery but i always got earlier than what i expected The quality of the clothes is actually very impressive. I'm pleased with all the items I order, quality, sizing and price. It looks exactly as pictured. So I keep coming back for more.
What a shame this company can't get its act together with processing and shipping. In a day and age of next day delivery waiting weeks to process an order is not acceptable. Placed an order two weeks ago and still not shipped. Can't review clothes as not received them yet. I won't be using again.

Although they have taken down their swastika necklaces from their site, they sold them! Do not order from Shein unless you support the swastika. Unfortunately I'm sure there are people that do, and they will continue to give their business to this company. There is no negative star rating so I had to select one.

9/5 I ordered 2 items and it was a quick payment. But when I got the email from Shein and read it, the email was telling me about how they'll only deliver to your house one time, and if you dont answer the door then its on your own terms to go pick it up from the post office. Im 14 and I go to school and my parents both work so how am I supposed to do that especially if I don't know when my package is coming? I'm concerned about this? I emailed them and they still haven't emailed me back. Is there a way they could just leave it outside my house or in my mailbox? If an agreement can't be done, then the shipment will be cancelled and I will want my money back.
I made two orders 3 weeks ago and still have not received my packages. I haven't even received a shipping confirmation. I wanted to wear these items during events that I have coming up and am disappointed that I won't be able to receive them in time. Very unhappy with this site.

Their photos are beautiful and I like that they show photos of real people wearing the items they received. You know what quality to expect. They also let you return to an address in the USA (competitors like Forever 21 do not allow returns!)... Also, their fast customer service chat is great!
Sizes are off, I have about 4 shirts that are either too big or too small. I returned two in one package as their website states to do so, also since they only provided one shipping that I paid out of pocket. I received a refund back for one item not the other and of course it was the less expensive item. I've reached out to their so called customer service. You basically have to do their job. After several emails of going nowhere it was not worth the 8 dollars of the other product. The people in this company certainly do not know how to do their job. I will shop elsewhere instead of dealing with this again.

The SheInside website is easy to navigate and they have tons of products choices. I had a white sleeveless vintage print dress sent to me and I am very happy with the purchase. It fits me great and looks to be very well made. The material is gorgeous and I've gotten tons of compliments already. I am absolutely in love with my dress! The quality is amazing and the design is exactly how it shows on the website. The size was a little tricky, I got it in small which is perfect except it's a little tight around the bust area and not as long as I expected but Asian sizes are smaller so that is probably why. But all in all, best buy ever! Wore it today for dinner with friends and I was showered with complements :D
The processing is taking the longest time, then it takes the longest time for someone to respond to your ticket. They said I need to send verification documents after the fact they already been paid, I send them and still sending me same message over and over only in different wording from different reps it's like they don't even read carefully what I explained and it's not solving anything, Getting on my last damn nerve because I was hoping to have these things delivered before my honeymoon, bummer. At this point I just want a refund, guess I'll haveto find a new online clothing store.

Clothes were fairly inexpensive and I received my whole order within a week of purchase. However, sizing seems to run a bit large and I was unable to track my package. Additionally, one item I purchased was a tank and choker combo that came in a "one size fits all." The tank did fit me but it would not fit someone of a larger frame, and the choker that came with was way too big. Some sizing corrections and package tracking would help but overall I am a happy customer.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
