Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never had an order take over month to ship. The reps are unhelpful and full of apologies and excuses, but no solutions or even attempts to answer my questions. I have yet to receive my order and am afraid I will continue to be led on by these con artists. Express shipping my $#*!.
I spent almost $100 placed my order on the 22 of May. It was supposed to arrive on June 1 but Fedex still hasn't received it. Like many of the other reviews on here the last update was Package sterilization complete and that it shipped. But Fedex still doesn't have it. Very disappointed in this company. If I spent that much it should have been shipped already and on it's way to me. Or at least let me know why it's delayed.

Do not order from shein. They do need deliver to the correct address. They will not issue a refund or redelivery to correct the problem. Customer service is a joke. No number, just messages back and forth with a computer that tells you your package was delivered and signed for. Tracking says they delivered 2 hours away from my house to "Atlanta ga" not even a real address. Shein is a fraud and a scam. Do not order from them. They stole almost $200 from us and will not correct the problem. I've tried twice now and the computer just says "it's delivered and signed for" and says to "report it again after a week" in broken English. Save yourself the trouble and order from a different site. Cheap isn't always better. I won't waste my time with shein ever again

This place stored my card info and then my card was fraudulently used from Manila Philippines. Its 100% this site! Beware this place will $#*!ing steal your hard earned money! I ordered something from my kid over a month ago and also never received anything! They keep your numbers and then charge your card. I'm going to do whatever I can to shut this place down... thief's and thieves hit my card for 18dollars real quick then 10 seconds later for 231

I had the most amazing experience at she in. The photos of items were very appealing; trust me, what you see, is what you get. The customer service is top-notch as once I placed an order, I received the shipment. My dresses were in good shape and were a perfect fit and taste. Such a delight! I recommend "she in" to anyone who needs to buy a nice something for themselves or a gift to someone; the website is a gift itself!
The site promised 24 hour shipping, but failed to live up to its word. I sent the company an email and I sent in a ticket, but they failed to respond! Truely, shein has earned itself an awful reputation. I ordered things several days ago and they still have not been delivered! I am infuriated with this lack of professionalism and customer service.

My daughter ordered a bunch of things from Shein (Canadian website), fulfilled the requirement for free shipping (order was $156 CDN) but we got charged $26 for shipping, then had to pay an additional $32 CDN to the shipper (DHL) for additional duties and charges! So, I'd say anyone thinking they're getting a good deal, think again. Paying an additional ~$60 for a few pairs of jeans is a rip off. Order from a more reputable company or buy in store and save all that extra $ for hidden fees.

I was always worried about buying from Shein but everything went ok the first two times I ordered from them so I kept ordering. This last time however they shipped my order with speedx and the package was lost. Speedx is terrible and Shein takes no responsibility and refused to give me a refund. So beware. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card and NEVER ordering from them again

I've order 17 times in the past 2 years and it's the first time that I'm missing 11 items. I contacted the app and all social media and the answer is the same "you are not missing any items, we checked!".
How can I prove myself? I told them if they have a video proving that all my items were put in my package. They also theaten that if I continue it will affect my credit score of the account! Why should I care about that? I want my items or my money back!

Based on my experience, their jewelry are junk. About 6 weeks ago, I ordered 3 set of earrings & a bracelet. When I opened the package, I could not believe what they are selling to US consumers. I threw out all 4 of them in trash.
Also, I ordered a blouse & women's sandal which are OK for the price I paid. So, I felt I should let others to be aware of the quality of their jewelry.

I have never had a worse experience with any of online shopping site in my life! I made an order and 5 days after my order, they emailed me and told me that my items were no longer in stock. Because I ordered the item before it was sold out, I should receive that item. As I told this to a customer service representative, he did not listen to a word I said and took ten minutes to respond to each thing I said. He then became extremely rude and sarcastic. When I told him that I would be reporting this incident, he challenged me by saying "if you can find a number". I am not giving up and I will not put up with this. This site has no way to contact management about issues like this so I may be taking it further up the line.

I bought some bathing suits for my daughter and I PAID for expedited shipping. My order did not come on time and when I asked customer service for a refund for my shipping he told me they didn't have an option to refund shipping. That doesn't even make sense also you can barely get to online customer service. They don't take care of their customers and their employees are rude don't buy from them.

I was a little afraid this company will be like others I have bought from before, but so far I have had a great experience with Sheln. I started to order one thing, ten two and then a bunch. Clothing is quality and very fashionable, different from the usual stores. I do not give it a five because it takes a while for the product to be shipped and received, but again, it is worth the wait =)
I live for this store and am so absolutely grateful I just won a giveaway! They have tons of amazing items and totally worth it don't even get me started on how they are affordable and material is amazing
My daughter ordered some clothing from this company and right after that multiple fraudulent charges for hundreds of dollars appeared on her credit card. I believe that given the timing of events and the many reviews I see here by customers claiming that their credit card numbers were cloned or stolen that we were yet another victim of doing business with this company. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

I ordered $200 worth of clothes and it was going to take about a month to ship to me. After 3 weeks they sent me an email saying it was "shipped" and then all of a sudden said it was "returned to sender". No notice at all. Couldn't call them to ask what happened and usps had zero clue as to what happened. Finally figured out how to "chat" with customer service and asked if they can just ship it back as I have been waiting for 3 weeks already for everything. They tell me that pretty much everything I ordered was distributed to other people's orders. And now I have to wait 18 days for a refund. The whole situation is just ridiculous. It took 3 weeks to get to me, but after 4 days of it being sent back, all of my order has just disappeared? Doesn't make sense. Would have loved to get all the stuff I ordered but I will not be going through that again.

I purchased several items in one order. Three of the items were not the size ordered and one of them looked worn, wrinkled, and smelled bad! When I filled out the form to return the items I was told they were not eligible for return. Do they do this to everyone and just keep your money? The word SCAM comes to mind!
Do NOT order from these people. The clothes are cheaply made and not sized properly, and apparently not clean or new either.

Well after reading the reviews of this site I was hesitant about ordering the dress I had fallen in love with. I ordered and paid and to be honest I did not expect the dress to turn up after what so many people had said about this not working, that not working, then I could not be disappointed. How pleasantly surprised was I when it was delivered! I had to leave a review because I had no problems at all. Everything went very smoothly, from ordering, paying and using my tracking ID to see where the item was. It did turn up and it is beautiful. The quality is great and it fits like a glove. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
