I bought a really cute pink leopard dress and have nothing but good things to say. The quality is great and the price can’t be beat. The shipping was FREE and fast! Ordering from sheinside.com was easy and there were so many options. It arrived exactly as described. I’m 100% happy with my purchase and can’t wait to order again. With so many great deals it’s easy to find something even on a budget. I only wish I had ordered accessories to go with it. I won’t make that mistake on my next order.
First time interacting with this company because I was skeptical but went ahead and placed order on 7/11/23. Received confirmation email but no other correspondences since. Sent several emails and calls but customer service phone is always busy and never received a response from email that was sent. Tracking number stated package was stuck in LA transit on 7/24/23 but today no information was found while trying to track. Shein chatline also stated there was an issue with transit but not a single update and now the website states no tracking information found. Overall disappointed and will never order nor will I refer anyone to order from Shein in the future.

I have bought two tops, they don't fit me and one of them has very poor quality! It feels like plastic! I wanted to return them but they don't refund the postage ( which would be over 10£!) that is terrible for an online shop! I am never going to buy of them again!

I was originally skeptical when I first ordered as the swimsuits were super cheap and I realized some are shipped from China. I ordered 3 and they arrived within 8 days. The quality is good and I was pleasantly surprised with customer service response when I first emailed concerned with the fact that some products were shipped from China and therefore worried about quality. I ordered 3 Small sizes ( i'm petite 5'1 and 110 pounds) and one of them fits perfectly and the other 2 a little tight. I'm still happy with my purchase and will reorder the size medium on the 2 that were small. The response time ( via email) with customer service is excellent. They explained that most items ship from Cali or NJ but occasionally they do use the Chinese warehouse. Don't be scared to order, it's totally worth it.

The last time I took advantage of the 70% sales and I' ve bought a lot of items, even if normally prices are convenient and items are really fashion.
Shipping times are fast in case of express delivery, otherwise, choosing the standard one, you should wait for some day more (even if the standard delivery is often free, so it is affordable).
Once I've ordered a wrong size and I wanted to change it with the correct one, having 30 days time to make the return, and also in this case I had a positive experience.
Scam! Needed items so paid 2-3 day shipping, but I'm on day 4 already. I asked for refund of my rushed 2-3 shipping fee, location of four missing items, and help sending back dress, the one item which arrived today. But when on chat line I asked for this help, "customer service" hung up chat line, three times. Blocked from chat line now. Dress that arrived is very thin with large seams and hems, looks awful. Essentially they stole $90 from me which left me with a cheap dress, and 4 items missing. Dress is going to be a donation to Goodwill. Wish I'd read these reviews first...

It is Excellent side. I love this Sheinside. They're a very good place to look for alternative and unique fashion. Shipping is not terribly bad, though it can take a little while. If you have questions the customer service representatives are friendly and willing to take the time to answer everything. I really love their selection of dresses and skirts, but they have awesome accessories too! It is highly recommended.
I made quite a large order from her, but had to return a few items. The process seemed simple enough and communication was good. I was advised to use their prepaid return label at a cost of $5 which would then be deducted from my final refund. This label allowed them to track my parcel once posted. I posted using the label, at the post office, obtaining proof of receipt. No matter how many times I contact Shein, no one is willing to tell me where my parcel is, despite apparently being able to track it. Every time I email for an update on my refund status, I received a reply giving me various timescales and asking me to be patient, however none of these are specific to my parcel. They ignore the fact that I have asked where my parcel is now? Has they received it? Has a refund been issued? Instead reply with generic refund time scales. After reading many of the reviews on here I'm beginning to suspect that my refund is never going to be processed, whether they receive the parcel or not.

Some people get confused or think it's crowded, but I have never had any problems. I think that some people have an expectation of "pretty" and when they don't get it, they dismiss a site. This site is useful, and that's what I'm looking for, and that's what they deliver.

They are a wonderful variety of women's fashion. I love their sweaters and shoulder wrap coats. I have two on in beige/tan Khaki Hooded Cable Knit Cape Sweater and one in black I love them they were with every outfit and they are just enough warmth to go casual or dressed up. The prices are decent prices and you get great quality. For an online shop they are quite nice. I hate this time of year to go shopping, I do not like all the holiday rushes, I prefer to shop online for things I am looking for and have them delivered. They were shipped to me in great timing, and now I am all set for the holidays. Thank you so much!
I hate that this website only advertises skinny models with large breasts, small waist & a big butt. These models are not realistic body types. I know they have a section for plus women but goodness why don't they have in between options. The material is often cheap and undersized. It's just not a healthy website for body image in my opinion.

Returned 5 items in the same package. Only refunded me for 1 article of clothing. Still waiting on the other 4 items to be refunded. In touch with customer service via email. They keep asking the same questions and Im getting nowhere, going around in circles but ultimately no full refund.

I have ordered quite a few times from Shein and I am fairly satisfied. They give us free shipping, what do you people expect from that? Nobody's gonna ship your items the next day for free, have patience for what you don't pay for. Also, look at the reviews carefully before purchasing, so that you won't regret anything. I shipped back some returns on June 26,2020. USPS states that the item has been delivered to the returning agent and I check on the shein website and still haven't gotten a refund. They don't state or update that my return is their possesion. I spent over $100 and am afraid I won't get the money back now because their clothing quality is crap. Never buying from SHein ever again.

I've ordered from Shein many times. Yes some orders take awhile, but I understand it's coming from another country, plus if I'm not in a hurry to get them I don't mind the wait. When my order is going to be delayed, they're normally good about emailing me to let me know which I appreciate. I love all the maxi dresses I've ordered from them among other items. The quality is good considering the prices. Some clothes are a miss, but I simply return them them like any other online company I would order from. They return funds to your Shein wallet or you can have the option to transfer to paypal. I normally keep it in my shein wallet in case i want something else later. I enjoy the Great prices and unique clothes :)
I bought a cloth from Shein (the first time I'd online shopped) and all was well. Until about two weeks later I saw my card information was being used on suspicious websites. I then had to get a new card which took about a week. Shein is not a safe website your info will be stolen!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
