I ordered something 2 weeks ago, thinking it would come in time before I move, and now I'm leaving and still haven't received anything. I tried to find the order to change the address or to write a note to leave it with an old roommate, but their services were no help. Very disappointed, and money down the drain.
I've ordered a lot from SheIn over the past year and I've been very pleased. If you pay attention to the sizing and customer reviews it makes it easy to shop and get what will fit. Quality is great for the price. The Style Gallery is a fun way to shop too because you get to see what it looks like on different people. Returns are easy- especially through PayPal! Customer service is also helpful if you need it- normally get a response within hours. I was hesitant at first but after the first couple orders it's my go to now.
I just went to place an order for over 100.00 $ I could not get anywhere though my address was correct. They seem to have a problem with me entering my phone number. As If.! Oh well. I have had the same phone number for over 10 years. So you know what. It's your loss SHEIN.

The staff on the online chat is very friendly, but the company picks and chooses review to post for the items sold on the website. I bought 7 items in a single purchase, most of them received good reviews from me, except for 2 (all of them got approved and posted except for these 2 bad reviews).
I asked why did those 2 reviews didn't get approved and they said and I quote "not enough stars and bad reviews may lead to posts being unpublished". Oh wow! That is like lying to the customers!
*updated June 2015* So yeah, they replied me, and posted one of the two that received bad reviews. But this should have been done after speaking to the customer service, not after I posted poor reviews of this site on 3 different forums. And they emailed me like 3 times to change/update this review, until I told them to stop pestering me. And now they have change their site name to Shein.com

I have read that SHEIN is trusted web site, but now I'm not sure it is. I didn't receive an update for a while. What is going on with my items? Where are they? As I was scrolling through this site for summer dresses I started noticing that there was zero diversity in the models. Not only that but, I was trying to shop for XXL clothing. Did they show real plus size models so I can see how they might fit on me? Absolutely not. I continued to scroll and saw 3 photos in a row of a model with her head not in frame with excess floor. I also noticed that below the models chin you can slightly see a hijab on them. Mind you, majority of the models shows faces and less floor regardless of outfit. I'm outraged at the clear racist and body shaming this site blatantly portrays. And don't even come at me with "oh but we do have diversity" because randomly places colored models in a sea of white models, does not count as diversity.

I have been shopping on Sheinside.com for months and I love this site. They always have the best deals and sales. Their collection is extensive covering tops, dresses, accessories, and jewelry. I recently bought a few of their little black dresses and they all fit really well. I would say the sizing is pretty accurate. The fabric doesn't feel cheap and always looks and feels good with no itchy parts.
They have free shipping over $30 so I always try to get a couple things because the savings on shipping is a lot. I would definitely recommend this site to others who are looking for fashionable clothing at a good price. I really haven't been able to find another site that offers so many things for such low cost.

I read reviews carefully before ordering. But for price you get what you pay for. It did take a little longer to arrive but I was expecting that. Tracking was provided so I had no issue with finding out where my order was at any time. I am 53 and a size 8 and I ordered M in my items and they fit perfect so please be wary when ordering as the sizes are pretty off! But all in all I am satisfied. I would order again if I want cheap and cheerful items for my holidays.

I ordered about $130 worth of clothing and then the next day I had all of my money taken out of my account! It started with just 0.99 cents, then $9.99, then $49.99, and then much more money. I was so shocked because this has never happened to me before in the years I have been purchasing from them. The worst online store ever. I bought some clothes on october 05. Today is november 17 and they have been telling me that in a few days my clothes will be shipped. They are thieves I'm so angry and frustrated. And from panama and i purchased a lot of jackets because i moved to united states and I have been waiting for them to use them in winter and I'm freezing myself. I want a refund. This online store is a scam. I don't recommend it at all. Its a scam. They are irresponsible and liars! The shipping information is false. She inside is affecting people. Bought an outfit, and paid expedited shipping costs to ensure that it would be here in time. My shipment email came through and a few days later I checked my account and it was labeled "delivered". I still haven't received it! I left a ticket and customer service acts like I'm dumb. They said I changed it to say delivered and that I didn't pay extra for shipping. Hi, I purchased a nice vintage dress from www.shein.com for my wife to attend my company’s yearly dinner party. The dress fitted her very well as she received many compliments throughout the night which made her feel really good and made me even happier about my purchase. The ordering process was pretty easy to complete and the product was shipped on time as was stipulated when making the purchase. The dress was properly packaged and although nobody was at home to receive the product when they first arrived, they returned later in the day. I had a great experience shopping with shein.com and I will definitely be purchasing more items with them.
I ordered a total of six items and out of that I returned four. I sent it three days priority but happened to lose my tracking number. It's been two weeks and I keep asking them if they received it and they just kept asking for a tracking number when I told them I lost it. I'm out $80 plus return shipping and they want to close the ticket now. Very unhappy with this website. I normally wear a small to extra small at times and their one size is ridiculous. I can barely put it on or my arm through. Please guys, be careful with these websites.

I have ordered quite a few items from Shein and I have loved pretty much every piece. They are trendy and VERY affordable which is the best part! It's hard to find cute clothes that the average girl can afford. The quality is there too I mean for the price it's not bad! The only down fall is it does take a little longer to receive the merchandise but if your not needing it that week it's not a problem! I will keep ordering lot of cute stuff from Shein! :)
The dresses that I ordered were not as advertised. The material Quality being inferior and some stitching defects were also there, owing which I wanted to process a return, I initiated a return minutes after receiving the order... But even after raising 5 tickets and getting three messages and commitment from their end for the pickup, even after 10 days there is no pickup of the products from my place. So I will never recommend anyone to buy from Shein. Very bad experience

OK, I bought a few shirts and a pair of jeans. 2 shirts have already shipped and they were delivered. The 2 shirts I received were great. Amazing material, not cheap at all. For a first impression is Shein is pretty good with clothes. My only problem is the shipping. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
