Although my other review was quite harsh when I received my dress it was beautiful.it look exactly like the picture no scams but it came two days late.the people responded well. Make sure you order ahead of time.the quality is great! The gold sequin dress is lovely. I am adding on to it to where it to prom and I will email the website pictures it's beautiful
I was very impressed with the quality of clothing at SheInside and was able to get a discount using their sale codes. My daughter also just loved the shirt I got her. It shipped a day after I placed my order and was here two days later! Also, customer service is top notch. I had a question and received a response immediately. Will definitely be coming back!
I recently ordered from shien for the first time I absolutely love their merchandise however I never received my order from fedex whom they used to express ship my items. Long story short nothing can be done about the situation bc they marked my package delivered... Since the pandemic all of my shopping is online sad to say as much as I love their merchandise I'll never place another order just because I don't want to lose out on any more money bc of their shipping service

I ordered a Bag for my mom for her birthday. And I was surprised when they delivered the product on the correct date (set by me). The packaging done was looking very beautiful and it didn’t seem to have any kind of breakage. When I opened the package the bag was the same as it was in the picture. I was very happy after I found the product at its best and there delivery speed is also very fast. Thank you shein.com for giving us a huge variety of everything and for such a good service. I placed a fairly large order with them and have yet to receive a confirmation email. When I log into my account it shows 1 previous order I placed with them a year ago - not the current one. My bank has processed the amount but there is no record of my order! Customer service will not get back to me.

They were able to get in touch with me and find my order. They were on holiday when I was trying to get in touch. Definitely google chinese holidays when you are lacking response. They all may be out of work for 1 week-1 month.

I bought a total of 19 items from Shein. On June 28,2023, my things were returned (12 items), and proof was sent to Shein. Upon return, Shein's website showed items were received, etc. They said 1 of the 12 items was not refundable, so only 11 of my things should have been refunded. As of a month today, they are now telling me items returns were not received at the warehouse. From the photos, items were received, and they refused to refund me my money. I have created chat after chat, and all the representatives do is say they are investigating concerns and nothing has been done. They cannot assist me, and you can't communicate with a human. I do not recommend ordering from Shein because they scam you.

There's something for everyone on the Shein site. I've shopped with them for two years and I'm always delighted with my items when they arrive. They also have excellent customer service and will let you know immediately if there's an issue with your order. I recommend them most highly!
I placed an order back at the end of may and still have not received my order. You cannot talk to anyone. Customer service is a robot that just gives you the same info you already know. This is ridiculous don't order from them. You will waste your money.

I really love everything that Sheinside has. They're clothes are so cute and I'm absolutely in love with my sweater. It's really comfortable and soft. The price is probably just right, not to expensive not too pricey.
First of all, out of the three items I bought only two of them actually shipped within 24 hours. I have a tracking number for that and am praying that it will actually arrive. Second, my order is supposed to be expedited shipping yet the third item that is supposed to be shipped within 24 hours is STILL processing after nearly 5 days. I have now submitted two tickets and an email asking customer service when they will ship that last item out, because I am moving in 10 days. Not only have I gotten no response, I am starting to wonder if all these "great" reviews are their employees because everyone seems to think the material is cheap along with the service quality. I really hope this is not the case and that a representative will get back to me ASAP as well as send out my last item. I do not appreciate the silence or inconvenience.

Please I have ordered for things which I have spent a huge amount trying to buy from their site. I actually received ID codes which cannot be tracked even on their own website. There is no way to reach customer care either. And no idea when the delivery will be done or which delivery company in Sweden will do my delivery. I actually feel lost and very unhappy. It is not fair at all.

I've had some dresses that were great and others that were pretty bad but I'd say overall it's been a good experience. For the price you pay, definitely worth it.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
