Buyers beware. This company is located in China. Shipping is very very very slow. When they say on their website that it might take 28 days believe them. I have recently placed an order where it is suppose to ship in 3-5 days. After the site charged my credit card and waited for more than 2 weeks for the shipment nothing arrived. I finally contacted them via on line chat and found out even after they charged my card for more than 2 weeks they are still processing my order (which by the way they informed me some of the item I order were not in stock). Despite that they still charged me for items they don't even have in stock! This site's conduct is fraud like. I rarely write a review about website but feel compelled to share my recent experience. I am now fighting to get my money back! (I placed the order the day after Thanksgiving, it's now Dec 14. I am out almost $100 and never received anything.)
I never imagined that returning purchased items can be such a tedious process even at this age and time. I guess Shein still believes they are living in medieval times. The customer is first supposed to contact them for a return, and they will then contact you after 24hr. The parcel is to be posted by the customer to their address of choice (really! I live in India, and even small-budget Indian companies pick up return items from whatever address the customer mentions.) What's worse is that money will be refunded to your account only if it was an e-payment. You will get only points/wallet balance in case of COD!

This website has to be a complete scam! We are so disappointed and annoyed! We ordered 10 blazers for our outfits last Tuesday. The main reason we went with this company was because it had all of our sizes in stock and stated that the merchandise would be shipped with 24 hours. We also licked urgent delivery just in case which stated that it would arrive within 2-3 business days. Well here it is 8 days later and we have no merchandise and when we track the merchandise it says "processing" which it's said for the last week! When we tried tj email and live chat with the company we got no response of course! Our show is Friday and we do not have complete outfits nor the funds to purchase new ones! I have been trying to complete an order for 5 days. I've tried my Visa, Master card, Discover card, and even my debit card. It always shows error! I tried to contact customer service by phone but the phone listed in Google Search is not a valid number. They actually don't have a phone number! I browsed Shein.com website and typed in my message, but there's no live agent. The robot does not understand what I really needed. That's a red flag. If they cannot help me process the order, I cannot imagine if I encounter problems after the purchase!

I have started buying here 1 years ago. I have a lot of clothes from this site, so I can comment on the quality. For me it's very good. Clothes are nice and pretty. I'm pleased with the purchase. Their customer service is great. Fast, nice and patiently answer questions.
I love shopping on shein. I'm big on affordable clothing. I, however, will no longer be shopping from shein because they use Ontrac shipping on all their US orders. Ontrac is notorious for losing packages. This is the second time out of probably 4 total orders that my package is lost/stolen because Ontrac didn't deliver my package to the correct address or didn't deliver it at all. Shein has made it right by giving me the "one time" refund, but i really was excited about the clothes. Until they use a different shipping company/carrier, I will be shopping elsewhere unfortunately.

Literally selling clothing from other shops for a much cheaper price and taking credit, including the pictures. This has happened to so many clothing creators, and u r just stealing their ideas. Not to mention the awful quality and just dirtiness that comes w/ it. I'm convinced they're just throwing these products in a dumpster for a week and then selling them. By far the most frustrating order I made to SHEIN. I ordered 17 items in total and I only received 15 items. Customer service is very poor. I emailed them regarding the matter but no response until this time. SHEIN, we're paying completely so be fair with your items and service!

I am super impressed with the dress that I purchased from Sheinside. They make is so easy to shop for quality products online and I'm so grateful I found them. I love SheInside since they are so accurate with sizing. I'm really picky about what fits me since I am so petite. All the products I've ordered thus far has fit me perfectly! The items that I ordered arrived here on the estimated arrival date and they were packaged very nicely and efficiently. No need for a large box if the clothes can fit in a small bag. The prices are very reasonably, especially someone for a college student. Gotta love it!
I ordered a gift card for my granddaughter for Christmas and never received it! I have checked my SPAM folder everyday since I ordered the card. I have sent multiple requests through "customer service". I have NEVER heard a word from them. I tried sending an email using the address of the email I received confirming my payment... no response. I tried in vain to find a phone number to actually talk to someone... there is no such thing as far as I could find. I also had zero luck with the "chat" feature. The sizes are not true to size not even close. You can't really track your shipment and it took them 2 weeks longer than they said it would. They're so cheap feeling and on top of that they came to me broken!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
